Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Arlington Crystal City DCA

Great location for Regan Airport, Arlington National Cemetery, the Pentagon is a short almost walkable distance north. Lots of restaurants, markets, other amenities all within an short walk. Easy to come and go
.... Right on a main street (Richmond Highway). Quiet residential type neighbourhood, lots of condos, hotels nearby, well shaded streets. Was perfect for our visit!

Did not pay for my stay, so I don't know if the price was worth it. However, rooms were clean, very friendly staff, great hotel gym (it has a dual stack cable machine) as well as leg, chest, and back machines. If you are into weight lifting, is not a planet fitness, but you can get a good workout out of their equipment. Breakfast is on the expensive side ($23 for pre-made food... it worth it) It is a 2 minute from metro station. It took me like 15 minutes from Airport to hotel using the metro.

My family and I had two one bedroom suites. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. Hot breakfast was good, with options changing daily. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle service was on demand and very quick! Location is great if you're venturing into DC as it's only a couple blocks from the Crystal City metro stop on the blue line. Good affordable option for us!

5+ for their exceptional customer service. The place was in a perfect location. Yes the bed was a little on the stiff side and the pillows were not as fluffy like the other reviews have mentioned , but the room was clean , pretty spacious including the TV size. Loved the feature where you can download the app and navigate the tv and enter the room through your phone. I forgot my iPad and didn’t realized it til the next day and sure enough, they had it there and the manager Rita made sure it was mailed out to me same day! - thank you!!

Very friendly front desk staff. The hot breakfast items rotated daily, and I didn't see any repeats in our 4 day stay. They offer luggage storage.

My family and I stayed at the Hampton Inn to attend and family funeral and were pleasantly surprised that the staff left condolence cards in our rooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable and their staff were incredibly nice and accommodating from the moment we checked in. We loved not having to worrying about going out for breakfast because they service a decent one daily. We are definitely looking on going back some day.

Customer service was EXCELLENT! Plenty of restaurants nearby. Room was great and very comfortable! Free breakfast at 7a, and airport shuttle runs beginning 4:30a. If in the area, give it a try.

Awesome hotel. Very clean rooms, with a wonderful front desk staff. Open to requests and very clear communicators. My one detractor would be the TV UI is very outdated (the TV itself is new), but once you navigate to a channel, the picture is clear and sharp.

We were able to get a room last minute, when we really needed one, and when I made the reservation, I asked if it might be possible to check in early. They told me it was likely we couldn't check in before 1pm (checkin is at 4), but when we arrived at noon, we were able to check in right away. The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is not too far from the airport and a few blocks from the Metro. It is a primarily business location, so it was reasonably safe. Breakfast looked decent, and this Hampton Inn had a wide variety of snacks for purchase downstairs. There is a shuttle that will take you to the airport and the Metro if you don't feel like walking. We appreciated everything.

Briana (front desk) was amazing! We arrived at the hotel at 10 am and she let us check in! We were so thankful. Location is great, free airport shuttle, good hot breakfast, and the workers are kind. I would stay here again!

Sharon at the front desk was great! I had a button pop off of my suit and she sewed it on for me, really saved me from trying to find an alterations place to repair it (or try to learn to sew on the fly, which admittedly is something I should do).

Close to airport, Marcia and Clinton make you feel like family, room is spotless, and bed is clean/comfortable. I’ll be staying here a few nights but so far it’s all great!

Jamal at the front desk was a Godsend. We were a group of 4 and he gave us a brief summary on how to retrieve tickets for the metro and what was the best stops for us. He gave us excellent suggestions for dinner. He always said hello and have a good night. I have not seen service like this in a long time.

Great location if you are arriving via Reagan airport. Even if not, it's easy to get to central DC on the metro a block and a half away, and much cheaper than DC hotel prices. They'll store your luggage if you show up before check in or have a departing flight later in the day after check out.

Friendly staff, clean nice modern rooms, comfy beds and great breakfast. Would definitely stay here again, great representative of the Hampton inn brand.

I visit DC often and usually stay in CC, this was the nicest hotel I've stayed at on the 'strip'

We booked two King rooms and they put us across from each other at the quiet end of the hall on the top floor. It was perfect, quiet and the rooms were large, clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was OK but the poor man who does the cleaning really needs some help. While all smiles and friendly, you could tell he was overwhelmed with the amount of work he had.

Front desk staff was helpful and most were fairly kind.

Great Location: short distance drive to DC. One block away from the Crystal City Metro Station. Complimentary breakfast is average. Parking is $35 per stay meaning you can drive in and out of the gated garage. The parking space in the underground garage is very small. Don't recommend a big vehicle. Room is quiet and clean. Beds are comfortable. Even though it's close to the airport, but you heard the plane flying over.

Enjoyed the distance from the Reagan Airport. It was an easy and quick ride.
Everyone I interacted with was friendly the shuttle driver, desk staff, housekeeping, and kitchen crew. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast seating area is a bit tight. I would suggest rearranging the layout. Overall had a great experience.

Great location to stay at if you’re flying via DCA (Ronald Reagan airport). There’s a free airport shuttle. The room was clean and comfortable. I was able to check in and out using the Hilton app without any interactions with the staff whatsoever, which was very convenient. The Wi-Fi speed was pretty good (about 20 Mbps).

The free breakfast was great. As other reviewers have gone over the rooms/services, I’d rather add some details on the breakfast buffet. The buffet runs from 6 to 10 am. The dining area has a modern interior featuring large windows with ample natural light. Food: cheese omelette, red skin potatoes, turkey sausage, waffle maker with a bunch of toppings, cereal, fruits, yogurt, bread and bagels, juice, and coffee.

Loved their service and facilities, complimentary breakfast was best because I didn’t have to bother about my 1.5 year old’s breakfast, she also loved them. Room was not that big but the view (semi-fall) was awesome!
Provided with microwave and fridge, last time in CA they told us microwave and crib will be given but wasn’t given, this time it was best! But they don’t provide drinking water, I mean some from front desk do, and some don’t, it’s very confusing! Otherwise they’re good!
