Hey there. I saw the negative reviews after I had ordered my plants and became really nervous. I was so stoked when I had a shipping email and then received my two clematis plants in the mail. I'm really grateful. There aren't too many places in Canada that you can order plants from online, and there's definitely not a lot that had what I wanted that actually ship cross border. I wanted a specific clematis and could not find locally or online and am delighted that this worked.

I ordered Centratherum Anthelminticum 1oz on 21st august 2020 to use for medicinal purpose. After ordering, i seen reviews and was terrified cos i wanted this urgently. But i decided to take a chance cos it wasn't a huge spent. I sent an email to customer care that i want it on urgent basis to use as medicine and they were prompt in replying. It was dispatched next day and i got it today morning 30th Aug 2020. I'm super happy with their service.

Seeds came exactly as expected. Timely shipment, ordered October 12, 2021 and should have been delivered October 20, 2021 but a USPS delay caused it to be delivered October 23, 2021.
I'll update after I've planted and given a chance to germinate, but so far so good!

Edited** I had great success growing habaneros. This company messed up my order, and they found a way to fix it!

I'm giving one star because you have to give something. I am so disappointed, I never received my package what's happening to this website. I sent several messages to the seller and got no response. I can believe they're still operating someone needs to do something about it. I even ordered mine through Amazon. Be aware...
I had to come back here and update the review , I gave them 4 stars because after contacting the seller through Amazon they did respond and resent my item. I received it in couple of days. The beans that I ordered are germinating as expected I hope they will produce well too. I would probably buy from them again despite the issues because they have good and rare stuff.

Cool unusual seeds available, quick delivery. Only drawback may be that phone calls and email inquiries aren't responded to, in my experience at least. Otherwise good transaction and we're happy with product.

I purchased from them in 2017 and the seeds were wonderful. I am not sure what has happened, but for some reason things have changed in the past few years. I am disappointed to see this as the customer service was excellent as well. I hope things return to normal soon.

Seeds arrived promptly but was charged for 30 pepper seeds and only received 10. Several emails were not returned. I will never order from them again.

Ordered three cuttings, they were sent a few days later than the promised shipping date. Two were decent pieces from the growing tip of the plant and are doing well. One was a chunk from mid stem, with no growth point, and is doing nothing. It rooted and is just sitting there. Never again.

I wish I would have checked company reviews before I ordered. They had a wonderful selection of bulbs listed on their website, and I ordered 8 varieties. After five weeks without an order update, I politely requested an estimate of shipping date. I received no response to the initial email, or 2 follow-up emails. In addition, they do not answer their phone. I am in the process of seeking resolution through my credit card. This is not a reliable or trustworthy business as many others have shared.

How many times do I have to write them to get a replacement for the rotting Okinawa Purple sweet potatoes that came with a hole in the main one? No answers or accountability from Caribean Garden Seed. Ruin your reputation online for the price of replacing two sweet potatoes? Really!

Absolute garbage. Despicable and dishonest. Sounds like most of the reviews are the same. I ordered seeds in July 2023 and it's January 2024 and I still have not received them. The credit card was charged, many many attempts to contact using email, their website chat, and phone have yielded zero response.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I'm so disappointed. I ordered Grenada seasoning pepper live seedlings back in February. April came and went, not a peep. I emailed many times but no response, tried to send a message from the website, but there's a flaw in the form and called and called. Finally got through and they claimed these plants had just come in. They sent them fairly quickly but they were half dead, wrapped in a paper towel and plastic wrap. I had no choice but to plant them and fortunately the weather was good so I did and within two days they are gone. No reputable garden center would send plants like that.

I ordered 2 plants from CaribbeanGarden, an Amazom Seller, a.k.a. Caribbean Garden Seed. They took my order on 12/8/23 and charged my credit card. They put a USPS tracking number on the Amazon site on 12/9/23 saying the package was picked up by USPS and will be delivered 12/12/23. Checking with USPS, Caribbean Garden generated a pre-shipment tracking number, but never packed the items and never contacted USPS for a pickup. Caribbean updated the Amazon tracking to say "delayed in transit" which is not USPS terminology. I contacted the Seller on Amazon 3 times and never got a reply.

CaribbeanGarden, an Amazom Seller, a.k.a. Caribbean Garden Seed is a fraud company that steals consumers money, doesn't ship items and doesn't follow up with customer inquiries.

Beware - they will steal your money!

[I posted this review originally on 7/26/23 on the vendor's website. I think it will do more good here.]

NOT GOOD AT ALL
The starter plant arrived much later than advertised. It arrived mostly out of its small pot, with the soil scattered throughout the box. It had exactly eight leaves, four of which were brown and crispy, and the remaining four of which were wilted. I carefully poured the soil back into the pot, adding a bit of potting soil from my own supply, watered the plant thoroughly, and acclimated it in its pot in the shade for five days. It appeared to recover. I then planted it in my garden under the new trellis. I watered it daily, and it seemed fine for about a week with one small leaf bud slowing enlarging, until the last four leaves and the bud suddenly wilted and never recovered. I then hand-inspected the root system only to find that it had almost no root tissue at all, and that what did exist was brown and withered. I have tried calling Caribbean Garden Seed six or eight times, never to get an answer or an option of leaving a voice mail message. Needless to say, I won't be buying anything from Caribbean Garden Seed again.
