PJ’s 1910 Pub

Came with some friends for a bourbon tasting and meal. We had a private area for the 6 of us. The food & bourbon was awesome. Kerry is an great server who explained the different bourbons. Will definitely come back again.

Very nice decor and well maintained. Service was fast, friendly and efficient, despite being fairly crowded. Salad was large and fresh. Limited craft beers on draft, but they have a nice selection in bottles.

Very excellent for a hotel bar. I did the strip steak and it was AMAZING. As an added tip: seeing how they preslice it, go a step lower. I did medium.

Just came here for a 1 night stay at the Hilton and will forever come back! Gabriel at the Pub was super awesome and makes very good Moscow Mules! Make sure you try the Onion Soup and the Flat Breads! Poutine was also very delicious.

Come back and make sure you ask for Gabriel!

Crystal was great! We had a large group of 11 and she kept up with us at the bar as well as everyone in the restaurant.

It was a pleasure to have Bill as our waiter, and as our bartender. The shrimp mac and cheese was really delightful. There was also a live performer named Ian, who was phenomenal. I will definitely dine in at PJ’s 1910 Pub again in the near future. Thank you so much Bill for the extraordinary service tonight.

Excellent drinks, friendly staff , great live music and good food. Rich was fantastic and one of the most skilled and personable bartenders I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. 1st time tonight and we will be back ! Thank you

We got takeout and ordered the French onion soup, half chicken and short ribs. It was all delicious! Best takeout we have had in a longgg time. The food was plated well and not only looked good but tasted better. Highly recommend the onion soup. The cheese was delicious and the soup was piping hot and warmed the soul. 5 stars ⭐

The services was 🔥 I bring my 9 years old and neice of 4 and I feel very confortable. Also ask for Gabriel he is super nice person.

Came to a Bourbon Tasting with 9 friends, to celebrate the FIrst Wedding Anniversary of Tyler and Lindsay Jacobsen...Kerry and the Chef OUT DID themselves!! It was simply EXTRAORDINARY! The bourbons chosen to pair with a perfect Oktoberfest menu were just outstanding...the food is beyond delicious and we felt like VIP's in our private room...I HIGHLY recommend PJ's 1910 Pub's Bourbon Tasting dinner for any occasion, and even if you just want to get your feet wet in the bourbon arena...they have SOOO MANY to choose from! Thank you again for a JOB WELL DONE!! Very much appreciated!!

I came to this restaurant because of my stay at the Hilton. Little did I know... PJs 1910 would become one of my main reasons for coming back.

This is NOT some "Hotel-Offered" source for an average, ready to expect meal. This is an established restaurant preparing uniquely delicious and creative options for its guests, both local and international.

Our server was incredibly knowledgeable of the ingredients and the preparation of our meal which made it obvious how legitimate the restaurant was.

Frankly... this is a restaurant you should go to whether or not your staying at the hotel.
