This is not my first time requiring Bergens Periodontics assistance. As in the past, they are welcoming, informative, and helpful. We had an appointment scheduled during the hurricane Ian which required rescheduling. They actually called me on Saturday and managed to fit me in the following Monday. Above and beyond expectations. I recently had dental work by Dr. Bergens and his team. The overall experience was first-rate. During this activity, Dr. Bergens exhibited sound professionalism, unique dentistry skills, and down to earth manners that created a most pleasing and relaxed environment for such a delicate procedure .

I had my first visit with Doctor Bergens and met his staff recently. Dr. Bergens more than exceeded my expectations. I would never consider going elsewhere. His credentials are outstanding. I am so happy I selected him as my periodontist. He treated me like family as did his staff. Dr. Bergens is extremely knowledgeable and caring. His demeanor is absolutely amazing and he truly listens to you and I never felt rushed for a second. I had an evaluation for a dental implant and everything was explained to me in great detail and all my questions were answered. Just thinking about it does make me nervous and I did share that with him and he comforted me in every way possible, stating that he could offer me a sedative or nitrous oxide and assist me with my pain afterwards. Regarding his staff, they are top-notch and extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. I only waited five minutes in his office before I saw him. The office is very clean and sanitary. I highly recommend him as a top-notch extremely well-qualified periodontist to anyone seeking this type of professional.

They are all very pleasant and helpful! Dr Bergens really takes his time to explain things and offer his best judgment. Last year I unfortunately lost a lower front tooth due to bone loss, and he helped me with a bone graft. This year I visited an Orthodontist in hopes to fix that gap, they needed additional information, and his staff were very patient with me due to me calling several times for communication between the providers, he called my Orthodontist and subsequently got me in quickly to evaluate what my Orthodontist was requesting...nonetheless, I am now on track to get braces! I'm very grateful for their professionalism and overall willingness to help expedite this process for me!!

I was happy he saw me the same day I phoned with horrible toothache. My throat began to swell and was unable to eat. Today the pain and swelling has become acceptable that I was able to work today without constantly thinking about my pain. I have been working with his staff for a couple of years, but once Covid hit I refused to go to any doctors office. I hope now since vaccinated I can resume my regular cleanings. Dr. Bergens is nothing less than an amazing doctor! After my procedure at 3pm he actually called me at 8pm just to check on me and my pain. I’ve never had a doctor calling me just to see how I am doing. The staff at the office is so very pleasant. Could not be happier with the service!
