Dr. Bech, her assistant and staff are all extremely patient and professional. They will make you feel very comfortable and provide excellent dental care. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

Honest & thorough dentists. I've gone to them a few times now and have always been more than pleased with the experience. They are informative, patient, kind, and know how to put the patient at ease.

My wife and I have been to several dentists in the Palm Coast area. Each one disappointed for a variety of reasons. Billing issues, crown issues, follow up issues, even cleaning issues, or lack of cleaning. Cypress Point is absolutely far above the rest. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and informative, from reception, doctors, hygienist, to checkout.

Amazing dentist office! The staff are friendly and professional. The office is large and really nice inside. They were able to get me in for an emergency tooth issue without even being a patient of theirs.

While vacationing here in the St Augustine area our 9-year-old son broke his front tooth while at a pool. Dr Rockey and his staff were able to see him within an hour. Everyone at his office, from the receptionist to the hygienists were friendly and put us at ease. Dr Rockey did an amazing job of “building” him a new tooth and keeping our son calm in the process. Being of the FOD (Fear of Dentists) Generation, I can honestly say that I have found my “place”. I told them during my initial call that I was extremely nervous and have had some pretty awful Dental Experiences. The Receptionist was very kind and so I thought…you really need to go so let’s go. So after many times of telling myself “if you don’t like them you don’t have to go back” I went. Best decision I have made in a long time. The Staff was phenomenal.They knew I was nervous and treated me accordingly. Dr. McKinley and his Staff are amazingly comforting. The Staff explained to me step by step what they were doing before they did it. Also, he explained what needed to be done in the future. I can honestly say I have NEVER left a Dental Office smiling before…..also, I have NEVER given a referral for a Dental practice. The FOD has finally been cured…thank you Kathy B

I was referred to this practice by a friend who is a regular patient. She spoke very highly of Dr. Bech. I had a chipped tooth and was also unhappy with previous crowns that were put in by another local dentist. Dr Bech explained thoroughly all the options to take care of the crowns and same day took care of the chipped tooth. Was very impressed with Dr Bech's assistant and Dr. Bech's work on my teeth. Very pleased and will certainly refer their group to friends and family.

I can’t say enough about Cypress Point Family Dentistry. Dr. Will Rockey and his staff are amazing. I was so nervous an feel sick about going to the dentist as every time I go it’s an awful experience. But this time it was different. From the minute I walk into the door I was made to feel comfortable with smiles and how are you doing today. I got back to the room right away and was evaluated and asked some questions by Dorothy. She was very nice and explained everything and then took me to have my x-rays which were absolutely painless. When Dr. Will Rockey came in he was very nice as he begin to ask questions on how I was feeling. He explained everything about my problems so well and made me feel at ease And for me that’s a big deal because I never feel easy at the dentist. But like I said this visit was so different. After we were done in the office Lindsay came to get me for my cleaning which was another great experience. She was easy explained what she was doing and again made the procedure painless. I have to say that this is probably one of the best dentists office and dentist that I have ever been to. So if you’re looking for a great dentist and staff look no further definitely give these guys a call for sure. So grateful for such a great staff!! The whole office has a great ambience. From the assistants to the doctors, everyone was just so warm and caring. Dr. Will was able to extract a tooth I had been told for years by a number of other dentists would require sinus surgery to remove, however he was able to do so without any issues and no surgery. I was so happy and relieved to get such great care. I highly recommend this team for all your dental care.

Let me just say from the get-go I have dental trauma from the time I was a young child. It’s followed me through adulthood. Cypress point family dentistry was consider it handled me with kit gloves and did a fantastic job. I feel much more at ease. Everyone is friendly and their pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend them!

I had an emergency with my teeth and was immediately seen. The receptionist was awesome. The facility was beautiful and impeccably clean. Dr Will took excellent care of my teeth. I was so comfortable and highly impressed with the knowledge he shared. My teeth were fixed and I’m very happy with my experience. I believe I’ve got a dentist for life!

Prior to going to Cypress Point, I would miss years of getting my teeth cleaned because I did not enjoy going to the dentist; now I never miss. My dentist, Dr. Dorne, has made sure that I have the best plan to deal with my unique situation. My Dental hygienists have been the best! Currently, Brenda White works with me to maintain good dental hygiene. I am fortunate to have found this family dentistry business.

I used Dr. Will Rockey for a recent crown. This was my third crown and definitely the best experience I've had. I expressed decreased sensitivity to local anesthetics and Dr. Rockey formulated a great anesthetic plan. My whole mouth was numb within 5 minutes. I did not feel any of the work going on. Afterward there was no pain, only general soreness as expected. The crown felt great. I'm very pleased with everything.
