IStorage provided great customer service, and answered all of my questions concerning my outdoor storage space. The paper work was very quick and easy, the pay was reasonable, and they moved my car into my unit all within one day, and zero hustle. IStorage also accommodated my hired tow-truck with no complaints. I highly recommend IStorage service and their friendly, and knowledgeable staff for all of your storage needs.

Very friendly office staff! This company made it easy to rent a storage online. I was able to do it from the opposite side of the state so I could get moved! Their hours are reasonable. I have access when I need it. The storage facility also looks safe and secure.

Renting was quick and easy. The facility is clean and well maintained. My unit was clean and ready for me when I was ready to load it.

The manager Suzanne was very congenial polite professional we went and cleaned out a unit and when we came back she was sweeping the walls out front very nice young lady excellent experience and I would recommend them anytime

When I arrived, I had zero expectations. I was surprised with a warm welcoming by Sue, who was a complete darling. It was nearly 100 degrees out and she was already drenched in sweat, yet she was more than happy to go back outside to help me out. She showed me around different size units and we shared some stories. I told her, I’ve been to fine restaurants that don’t offer the kind of customer service she provides. Someone give this hardworking woman a raise!

The facility is also nice, there’s temperature controlled units and plenty of moving supplies, locks, etc. But dealing with Sue made the entire process seamless and fun. Highly recommend!

Extremely clean facility. Climate control was on point. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Would recommend for anyone wanting climate controlled storage space.

Overbooked a load and needed a safe place to store one until I could get back to it. Mrs. Sue and Mr. Cliff were so sweet and friendly! They were happy to help me out in a pinch and didn't rob the wallet! If I am ever in a pinch again and in this area they will definitely be my go to place! Highly recommended!

Sue and team are amazing. I have used every major storage company from JAX-DAYTONA over the last dozen years, including RV storage.

There is a personal touch to their care and supervision. The moment a RV spot opened directly across from my storage units - I was emailed and text to be informed and was able to instantly reserve the upgraded spot from my previous.

I could go on. Easy in and out. Gated. Easy parking and storage access. Just a great place to store your belongings.

I rented online not quite knowing what to expect. When l arrived I inquired if we could adjust the units. Sue was so nice about handling everything to make us feel welcome. I can tell by just this one conversation that she takes the time to know the tenants. So glad we chose this place and got Super Sue!

I needed to store some items for a month or two, Sue was extremely helpful when switching from a 20x10 to a 10x10. I haven’t used a storage unit in who knows how long but would highly recommend IStorage and ask for Sue, she rocks!
