I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional plumbing service from Mr. Rooter, specifically from their outstanding technician, Chris Alexander. Our main drain was clogged, causing quite a headache, but Chris swiftly came to our rescue and exceeded all expectations.

Arrived on time. Best plumbing service, and technician that I have ever used. Corey, the tech, was polite. experienced and explained every aspect of what he was doing. My sink/dishwasher backup was awful, and now everything , especially the dishwasher are like new. I recommend Mr. Rooter, and Corey without reservation.

Was able to schedule for following day after issue, in Palm Coast. Not only was the tech, Chris professional, knowing very quickly of what he anticipated to be the problem, but also honest & trustworthy. Quoted an estimate based upon experience, but advised there always could be something else going on, yet he was exactly correct in original assessment, which was extremely fair in cost. I was amazed at how quickly he showed up and the initial quote he gave me was twice what it ended up being. He could’ve easily charged me the initial quote but chose to do the right thing and charged me close to half of the initial quote once he started digging. Highly recommended.

Leonard is one of the best plumbers I have ever had. He has serviced my home twice. He does everything right the first time and offers great recommendations.

I highly praise Kenny and Kyle, in particular, of Mr. Rooter in Palm Coast. I had an unusual problem that required some thought, and they solved it quickly and efficiently. Not only were they professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant, they also taught me how to better fix domestic plumbing matters in the future (I had attempted solutions on my own before discovering the problem to be more than I could handle). I feel strongly that they tried to offer practical guidance on what would be necessary, NOT to offer needless products/services to inflate costs. I will solicit their services again in the future for any plumbing issue.

Mike did a terrific job ! He has a pleasant personality and wants to please his customers. Mike had serviced another one of the properties that I managed and always explained in detail what the problem is.

We had a plumbing emergency this morning! Backup in our shower. Called Mr. Rooter, Bunnell they came within 2 hours! Brendan and Chris did an amazing job and cleared the clog. What a way to save the day for us! Great job guys! Much appreciated!!

Só pleased with Mike, our plumber. Very professional, considerate and efficient. Had a leak from a drain below the tub that ran into a downstairs neighbors ceiling. Mike and his crew took care of this for us and installed a new tub (at my request). Reliable and understanding of my downstairs neighbor’s needs as well. Excellent. Highly recommended.

They are quick to getting to the problem and fixing it the Staff member that came to my home did a fantastic job came in and got it done and got out very fast and he was outstanding

Following notification of increasing continuous water usage from our water utility, Leonard at Mr. Rooter located a serious pipe leak under the slab of our home. Instead of cutting the floor and fixing that one leak, we opted to re-pipe the entire house with Mr. Rooter to avoid any future under-slab leaks. Chris and Cory from Mr. Rooter worked for over a week to completely re-pipe our home and their work was nothing short of amazing. Chris and Cory were completely professional, masters in their work, clean and neat, and made wall cuts that were suitable for framing! I could not have asked for a better team of Plumbing Professionals! Thank you, Mr. Rooter!
