I contacted Strace Total Balance because I was in pain with a sciatica issue. In no time at all I got relief and healing. They work differently than any other physical therapy that I have had in the past. Mike and Miguel are very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend them.

We are so thankful and blessed that we found Mike at Starace. My husband had a total knee replacement and within a month of seeing Mike he's pretty much has full bend of his knee as well as balance. So if you have an therapy needs, this is the place to go.

As a long time motocross racer I have had many injuries, aches and pains and have visited many forms of therapy but never have I had the kind of professional care that Michael offers . My first time I had treatment I went from not being able to move my arm due to a crash and after treatment I was back riding that day. I would travel whatever distance I had to to see Michael , always so impressed

I started a couple of months ago with Michael. I was unable to bend down or reach up and was in a tremendous amount of pain. Today I am able to bend down and reach up and have improved tremendously. I refer him to all of my friends who are having difficulties.

I have had physical therapy on and off for years. Most recently I had total knee replacements in 2019 and 2020. After each surgery I went to the chain variety physical therapy offices, where you share a therapist with at least two additional people. By chance, I was reading our local paper and saw an add for Starace Total Balance. After meeting with Michael and learning about his program where each therapist works with one patient at a time, I quickly made my first appointment. I have worked with Miguel who is very knowledgeable, patient and a great task master. Both Michael and Miguel have helped me when I have had other issues. I'm glad that I found Starace Total Balance and I highly recommend them.

I have been in need of physical therapy multiple times over the last several years, including four times within the last two. This has caused me to experience different providers in my last two places of residence, until I found this team. Dr. M. Starace and his assistant M. Palau provide excellent service. It is the absolute best, by far, that I have had anywhere. They are both professional and knowledgeable. Their pleasant attitude makes you feel welcomed and one can tell how well they work together by how light the environment feels with them.
Dr. Starace’s initial evaluation is thorough after which he explains his findings and how he will approach your needs for a fast recovery. They make clear how important your contribution through compliance is. They listen to you carefully in every visit, they communicate well and explain their objective and the way each exercise works, which helps one’s motivation and compliance at home. They constantly push their patient’s progress and encourage them to do their best with a contagious and energetic enthusiasm.
Mike gets you focused and ensures that you are doing the exercises correctly throughout the sessions. Physical therapy is painful by nature, but he monitors you closely and if one experiences more pain than expected, he will tell you why letting you know it is expected. At times, he will modify the plan to ensure the best progress with the least discomfort. Their main goal is always the most improvement in the shortest time.
I highly recommend this team to anyone that ends up in need of physical therapy and wants a prompt recovery. You will never be disappointed.

Starace Total Balance has been amazing for my knee recovery after surgery. Having to reteach your body to do something can be pretty scary and overwhelming. These guys made me feel so much more comfortable with the situations and were great at explaining things that I didn’t understand. I’m super happy I chose them for my physical therapy.

Starace Total Balance has exceeded my expectations. They helped me tremendously with my lower back and hip pain and continue to do so on an as-needed basis. The place is very clean, laid-back, and has caring staff who listen and educate. They never rush me out of there or blow off my concerns, which is a rare find in health care these days.

I also appreciate that they focus on the underlying problem so that you're eventually able to stop coming in. I can tell they truly care about their patient's well-being in the way they prioritize care. I can't say enough positive things about them. I would and have recommended them to anyone in need of physical therapy.

This is hands down the best PT I have ever been to. Mike is always so responsive and prompt at getting back to me. My most recent injury was a strained calf muscle and needing urgent evaluation Mike was able to squeeze me into his schedule. He assessed my injury and did some work on me. He told me I would be walking by Tuesday if I followed his treatment exercises. He was right on the money by Tuesday I was up and moving again with minor pain and discomfort. It’s been 2 weeks now and I’m full go. Mike has worked with me on injuries the last couple years and I will not go see another PT. This guy knows his stuff and is very good at communicating what is exactly going on with your body.

In 2017, I had lumbar fusion surgery to relieve severe pain caused by a pinched L5 nerve. However, I still had crippling pain with every step. A friend recommended Dr. Starace because of his hands on approach. His treatment provided temporary relief, but the pain would return. Dr. Starace suspected the pain might be in my hip. He ordered an MRI, which revealed a damaged hip joint. He recommended an orthopedic group that I went to and underwent a hip joint replacement. I am currently receiving post surgery therapy from Dr. Starace. Except for a bit of post surgery soreness, I no longer have the crippling pain. Thanks to Dr. Starace, I'm getting my life back and able to participate in the activities I love so much. Thank you Dr. Starace.

For those that "BELIEVE," actually being put in touch with Starace Total Balance was serious DIVINE intervention. I've never needed physical therapy before so had NO idea where to look. God provided my need, being recommended by a friend, also were listed from my insurance. Dr. Mike and his entire staff are extremely knowledgeable and relate that knowledge to you on a personable, understandable, physical and mental level. Their time with you is limitless as to your needs and you feel like you are their priority. I HIGHLY recommend Starace Total Balance, especially after friends have told me of other facilities. Good front office. When you walk in you are greeted in a warm way. Nice like music and good atmosphere when you are there. Mike does a great job explaining where you problem areas are addressed them according to your therapy I would recommend starace total balance to my friends. Also they have fair and reasonable prices that the average guy/women can afford a++. Keep you the great job.

This is a great place for physical therapy. It has a very individualized program where each individual therapist only works with one patient at a time. Dr. Mike really goes above and beyond to make sure you get the treatment that is needed. He called my Dr. to get an MRI ordered that I needed. He is very proactive in his patient's care. I have made a lot of progress with the healing of my back injury. I'm glad that I found this place and my back has improved because of it.
