Customer service impossible through main phone number at this branch. Phone only allows a recording which sends you in a loop. No way to speak to a live person or to leave a message. The branch requires you to make an appointment before seeing a representative but makes it impossible to do so using the branch phone number. When calling a supposedly "direct" line the phone rings but no one answers and there is no way to leave a message. It has been the same frustrating experience for years at this branch! When I have registered complaints with the branch manager, I was told the phone system was being updated. Well, it's been 2 years with no improvement! If you call the main number of the Belle Terre branch a real live person answers right away. This has been a consistent positive experience I have had with the Belle Terre branch. If you must bank with Bank of America, save yourself frustration and use the Belle Terre branch

Always have to wait way too long in the teller line and there is never anyone available if you need a specialty service.. I asked the "greeter" why the long wait and he told me that is always busy in the afternoon. It looks like they know the problem. They just do not do anything about it.
I have been with BAC for years and have been very pleased with them. Since moving to Palm Coast and using this branch, nothing but problems. Another customer told me the Belle Terre branch is much better branch.
I am not crazy about driving past the Kings Road office another five miles, but I really hate to give up my bank.
I am not sure Kings Road deserves two stars.

I recently visited Bank of America with the intention of closing my account and withdrawing $10,000. Unfortunately, my encounter with the manager and teller left much to be desired in terms of professionalism and customer service.

Upon informing the teller of my withdrawal amount, I was informed that they did not have the authority to process a transaction of that magnitude. Consequently, the manager was called upon to assist. However, instead of addressing my request promptly, the manager seemed concerned about the exact amount in my account and expressed reservations about the closure of my account. This change in attitude resulted in her unwillingness to assist me further in closing my account. When I provided her with all the necessary supporting documents, including confirmation numbers, she persisted in refusing to help, citing the lack of a Bank of America debit card for identification purposes. I made the manager aware that I had not received my debit cards in the mail as the account was established that week.

In search of a resolution, I decided to visit another Bank of America branch located across town. To my relief, the staff at this branch displayed a high level of professionalism and knowledge. I relayed the same information I had shared with the previous manager, emphasizing my absence of a Bank of America debit card. The staff member promptly suggested using the Bank of America app on my phone to verify my identity (the digital debit cards were accessible and I placed the phone on a screen & poof verified. With his guidance, I successfully completed the verification process, which could have been done at the previous branch as well. This reiterated my belief that the previous manager's reluctance to facilitate my account closure was linked to the substantial withdrawal amount from her branch.

It is disheartening to encounter such inconsistency in customer service within the same financial institution.

I would highly recommend Bank of America to review and standardize their customer service practices across all branches to ensure a consistent and satisfactory experience for all customers.

don't like this place. Always very difficult to speak with employees, Even for the most easiest questions an appoitment is required!
my first time in the bank an Mexican employee told me that they can’t open an account for those who have a green card
However in a different Bank of America they opened an account without question
(bank management look who works for you !!!)

Always had trouble with this bank from day one. Transferred my money here, after moving to Palm Coast, for a job in the medical field. WORST MISTAKE EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!! Let me share this, I have been a medical professional for many many years. Many people that work for BOA, were condescending and very confrontational ........to be mild. I was asked to leave a branch in Palm Coast Florida, on a road with initials BT......just for asking, calmly to withdraw all the money, in my account. To make it worse, an armed security guard approached me, as the very rude bank employee, who looked by the way, like a Howie Mandell want to be.....a poor imitation , by the way. I honestly never raised my voice, to Howie....ever! He did not like that I was an educated female, with confidence. Had it been a man, he would of been treated with dignity and respect. Obviously, his confidence is lacking, and felt greatly intimidated, by mine 😉 The women employees are not better, as they too act rude. This is a woman thing resulting in Cattyness, an activity I do not want to engage in, especially, in an institution, where I placed, some of my money. I often had fraud alerts going off, for no reason, despite following the banks own advice, on how to avoid it!!!!!! At one point, in Palm Coast, Florida.........I could not access 40.00 , for a pedicure, when I had approximately 17,000, in that account!!!!!!! It took me three whole hours, with the help of the merchant, attempting to access, my OWN money. Everyone knows that they invest your money, when it's in the account to make more money, for themselves .......being the bank. So, it stands to reason that I should, at least have access, to MY own money.......when I am the one who worked for it....RIGHT? You would think. NOT AT THIS BANK! I by the way could not get my 40.00 for a pedicure , for 36 HOURS! Happy Banking, as long as you DO NOT USE BANK OF AMERICA!!!!!!!

Waited for a literal hour. Just simply wanted a temporary debit card. She stared at me not doing anything for the bank was EMPTY, telling me her coworker will help me. Ridiculous.
