You will really enjoy working with the team at PT Solutions in Palm Coast - I had a hip replacement end of June and started working with them right afterwards going 3X a week for 6 weeks - the progress I made was incredible in that short time. The atmosphere is great and they make you feel very comfortable and listen to your concerns and focus on your progress...each visit you have an opportunity to work with the different therapists so the sessions are varied and never boring but help you to excel to the road of recovery. I highly recommend to use PT Solutions - they are what your body needs!

The staff at PT Solutions is excellent. Cleanliness standards are top flight. For a variety of reasons I came to PT Solutions a bit behind the expected benchmarks for those having a total knee replacement. The front desk staff was welcoming and smiling. It is important for one's therapist to be aware of the pain one experiences in the early stages of a rehab program. Heather as the Therapist-Manager was outstanding and Chris as my primary Therapist was attentive and exceptionally competent. Finally, the staff in general was very good. I was very happy to be "in such good hands"!

I highly recommend PT Solutions. The entire staff is friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I enjoyed going to therapy, it felt like a family. Each therapist listened to my concerns and explained each exercise and how to perform the exercise with proper form. I feel stronger and have started to feel relief from my back pain due to their assistance and care. Thank you for all of your help and expertise. If you need physical therapy, PT Solutions of Palm Coast is definitely the place to go!

As a former Division 1 College Football player, and Special Forces Soldier in the US Military, I have had my fair share of injuries to rehab. With that being said, there is none better in the business than PT Solutions. From the ease and flexibility of making appointments to my actual Physical therapy sessions themselves, the entire experience is just plain awesome!

A special shout out and THANKS to the best Physical Therapist team around, and the SUPER friendly and just plain fun to be around Ashley, who definitely lightens up the atmosphere and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable, all while remaining professional (Did I mention the very best in the business?). Not only are you always well taken care of here, but you definitely leave with a solid plan of action for continued healing.

I somehow while driving a long distance pulled and created a pinch nerve. I have been to PT Solutions before for another problem and they worked wonders and helped me. So again if something works don’t change it. I went again to PT and Heather was there to help me. This girl not only listens to you but works to help you get better. When I went there I couldn’t turn my head to the right without having very serious pain. Heather and her team worked every week to get me back to where I was. I can see why this young lady runs your location in Palm Coast. I would defiantly make sure she stays. I’ve talked to a number of people that are going or have gone and all have something good to say about Heather and all her team. I would mention their names but I’m afraid I would leave someone out. They Are All Great.

I’ve had six appointments, every time I’ve had a physical therapist who stayed with and worked with me throughout my entire appointment. It’s not that my case is special. Every patient is treated like they are the most important patient there. It is such a refreshing change from what I’ve experienced in my visits to many other physical therapy offices.
PT Solutions is a gem and every staff member is friendly, compassionate caring and understanding. They have patience galore. I’ve been dealing with a bad back for years with dozens of different physical therapist. I became discouraged and felt as if this was there is no hope.
On a trip to Sushi 99 I noticed PT Solutions. I thought what the heck I might as well try it I went in very skeptically but came out that very first day knowing that they were going to make a difference, and from the very first visit they have. I thank all of the staff. I strongly recommend them.

I want to thank the entire staff of PT Solutions, Palm Harbor location, and especially Heather, she asked what my goals were for a lower back issue, she listened to what I wanted, she developed exercises that would strengthen that area, I interacted with all staff members and they all followed the exact regiment treatment from my initial intake. The entire staff were professional, knowledgeable and caring for each patient. I am much better today than when I began my therapy. I would definitely recommend PT Solutions.

I do not use the computer often, I should know that one star means poor performance, PT Solutions has been a savior for me through 2 shoulder surgeries and this latest lower back issue. I have had chronic hip pain for 10 years and NO PT facility has ever been able to help me. Heather and Erika were my primary Physical Therapists, but everyone who worked with me was wonderful. They did a thorough examination and read all of my MRI and surgical reports and came up with a treatment plan specifically for me. It has been 4 weeks and I have had more pain free days than I have had in 10 years!!!.
Thank you sooooo much for all your help. I recommend then highly for what ails you.

This is an awesome establishment for physical therapy/rehabilitation! As such, I absolutely recommend to my friends & family, and anyone in need of these types of services.
I first visited this location based off of the recommendation of a family member who was also doing physical therapy here, and I am really happy that I did!
There’s no doubt in my mind that they’ve helped me tremendously in my post-op recovery from a knee dislocation/ligament injury.
I have personally worked with Liz and Paul, and can say that they are both outstanding Physical Therapists who are highly adept, personable, and accommodating. They use their broad knowledge of the body and its mechanics, techniques, and treatments to provide the most appropriate and individualistic care possible. I truly appreciate that they each bring their own unique personalities and flare to the job; whether it’s sharing stories and personal experiences, or showing their sense of humor, throwing jokes to create an upbeat & comfortable atmosphere.
Dakotah up front is also amazing. He works hard to address and handle any patient or business needs from scheduling to insurance, checking-in, aiding the therapists, post-session care, etc. He always makes me feel welcome and I’ve come to really enjoy the friendly, honest conversations that we share.
Amanda is also fantastic. She’s very sweet and friendly, and committed to providing the most helpful and productive service as possible!
In total, I have had nothing but pleasant interactions with ALL of the staff that work here. A great team of people really makes all the difference. It’s no easy feat, but the wonderful professionals at this clinic manage to deliver on every level, creating a positive and constructive environment that allows the patient to fully focus and achieve whatever personal goals they may have in regards to their healing and recovery. Thank you to the great staff at PT Solutions in Palm Coast. I went in with knee pain and a pulled quad muscle. They went right to work getting me in 3 times a week, setting goals, working my muscles and building back strength. Every therapist is professional, friendly, caring and really good at what they do. I have the upmost admiration, respect and love for all of these folks at PT Solutions Palm Coast. As an RN, I have worked with many therapists, but believe me, these therapists are the BEST!! They are super knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and firm, and have only your best interest at heart. The have given me back my life!! First my knee, and then my shoulder, but always smiling, professional and encouraging. Paul, Heather and Chris are simply the epitome of everything anyone would want for rehabilitation. You won' be sorry for choosing them for your rehab!!

Today, was my first appointment with PT Solution. I was pleasantly surprised with the therapist and how she listened to me. The place was spotless and they have covid protocols in place. I was asked what my goals were and was told that they were attainable. Another review coming in 30 days… Give them a try..

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. My therapist, Heather Tack, worked the impossible. Before my knee surgery, I had very poor range of motion (70/10). Both Heather and my surgeon, Dr. Keene, warned me that the range prior to surgery would dictate the range of movement after the surgery. Through PT before the surgery, I was able to get the range to 80/5, which still wasn't good. However, because of Heather's diligence and honesty, I've almost surpassed my goal of a 120 degree bend! In the beginning, Heather let me know that I had to get on top of the pain by taking the medication, in order to help her help me - it was teamwork....I was scared of the Oxy and not taking it regularly. Once I did, I had a major turning point...and no problem getting off the meds after a couple of weeks. I was able to perform the exercises with little to no pain, and the improvement was steady and exciting. The first day I could do a full rotation on the bicycle was monumental. Heather kept telling me I could do it, I kept saying I can't, she didn't like that word and said I could....guess what, she was right! Hurt like heck and was a shock, but from that point on the improvement was more rapid. I'm now 7 weeks post-surgery, and happily remaining at PT Solutions for even greater improvement. Again, sincere and heartfelt thanks to Heather and the other therapists I've worked with - Liz, Mary, Erica and Paul - they are all wonderful. I highly recommend PT Solutions of Palm Coast!!

The administrative staff, also courteous, friendly, helpful. Easy to deal with.

I First became familiar with PT Solutions when located at Flagler Hospital,
did a wonderful job with rehab on my wife after her hip surgery. Like new,
Was impressed, so this time sought out PT Solutions when I needed issues
addressed, shoulder, then back.

In my nineteen years here Palm Coast, I have used four different centers for
Rehab, all have been good, but as of now, maybe biased, PT Solutions #1!
Would highly recommend and refer.

I recently had the pleasure of completing one of my internships for my Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at PT Solutions Palm Coast. The location of the facility is convenient to access and is kept very clean including following COVID-19 protocols. The moment you walk in the front door you are greeted by the lovely front desk staff who are always so helpful. Each of the physical therapists at this location are truly some of the best I have ever seen. They are all experienced clinicians and their patients love to come back to them. I have seen patients reach their goals when coming to physical therapy here. This was a great learning experience for me and an example of the type of practice that I would be happy to treat patients at. I would not hesitate to send my family and friends to this clinic.

I have had the pleasure of using PT Solutions on Palm Coast Parkway several times. Heather Tack and the team are awesome. They are dedicated to improving your lifestyle, are pleasant, and respectful of your feelings, and any pain you might be experiencing.. They continually ask how you are feeling with each exercise and work to custom tailor your specific treatment plan to achieve your best possible outcome.
