Ability Rehabilitation

I was hit by a DUI in November and had surgery to fix my wrist. Maggie was my Occupational Therapist during recovery, and was key to the healing process. She was easy to talk to, never rushed me and always made sure I was comfortable. Her knowledge and respect of my doctors work was a huge plus. The receptionist was also incredibly sweet and welcoming. The other staff members always greeted me, too. This is definitely one of the best rehabs I’ve been to by far.

My husband has been going to Ability Rehabilitation for two months prior to his Total Knee Replacement surgery.
He had his surgery and after just two days he’s walking and his ROM (range of motion) is at 110•, his goal is 120•. His surgeon was so impressed with his range, thanks to the care of the therapist.
Everyone is pleasant from the front desk on.
We would definitely recommend Ability Rehabilitation to anyone who is in need of therapy.

I have been going to Ability Rehab twice a week for 3 weeks. Before my first appointment I could not walk without pain. I left every session knowing what was needed to improve my strength and flexibility. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging. For the last several days I have been pain free. I was able to walk a mile and drive 150 miles without pain. I'm so grateful for the referral to Ability.

This is the second time I have made use of Ability Rehab. Everyone there has been wonderful, progressing my rehab each time I go without pushing progress beyond my capabilities at that moment. Each therapist has their own technique for advancing recovery, so I’m confident I will improve no matter who I work with.

Ability Rehab was wonderful. Anthony gave me the appropriate exercises I needed for the issue that I had, made me stronger, which made the problem go away. The person I see is very good at giving me the correct exercises for my injury. She is also very pleasant to deal with. I have never been a fan of some of the rehab places but this one seems very good.i would recommend them.

I would highly recommend Ability Rehab. Every single person there, from the front desk person to the treatment staff is a warm, friendly person, and they all helped me tremendously. The facility too is top notch, particularly in regard their recent expansion of the treatment area. I was very satisfied using this agency and would definitely return should the need arise.

All the staff at Ability Rehab have been great!! They are knowledgeable, friendly, and know how and when to push you to get you moving. I had a total hip replacement and worked with all of them and feel I have made great progress to getting back to 100%. I would not have made it this far without their help!! Excellent Rehab facility,, with knowledgeable physical therapists. Personally, I like the small intimate setting; it doesn’t sound like a gym, with countless machines going at once. Jen, at Front desk, is very skilled at coordinating appointment slots, so that each therapist has a manageable number of patients each hour. The P.T.s never push you to the extreme, knowing your limitations, after first getting a good initial history and evaluation. I’ve made great progress in getting my new knee working as it should. Trust me, you’ll love them all!

Great facility! The staff and all the physical therapists are exceptional, knowledgeable, patient, accommodating and experienced. The facility is very clean and organized. I've improved immensely since l first started with Ability Rehab. I feel more confident and secure with my well being. Thanks to Ability Rehab😊

This is a great place to go for rehab. Nick is.a great guy and Jennifer at the front is a sweet person.
It really makes a difference who you are greeted by upon entering any place of business.
Jill and Anthony are great therapists as well as Nick. They are all very knowledgeable, professional, caring and there aren't enough words.
I must say that I came to this rehab barely being able to use my right arm and shoulder.
After several sessions with Anthony , he gave me the tools I need to continue to have strength and range of motion. This therapy was amazing. I am now able to have full range of motion. It takes a lot for anyone wanting to improve their condition. In order for the therapy to work for anyone it's so important to do your home exercise. You are only hurting yourself by not doing them.

It's obvious from the beginning that these 2 physical therapists love what they do and know what they are doing. They listen and guide you through each exercise. You definitely receive personal service. They didn't tend to more than two patients per therapist at the same time, so you have the guidance you need to get the most out of your visits. They helped me tremendously last year. I highly recommend this facility, and I would go back. No question!

My experience with ability rehab has been very positive.i have been in Physical Therapy many times and I do wish that I would have had this group of knowledgeable and supportive professionals working with me way back in 1998 .I’m sure my outcome would have been a stronger and more flexible body .
Is it easy to do physical therapy absolutely not but with Nick , Anthony ,Kayla and Jen sharing their knowledge, support and their compassion I feel I will be successful and continue on my journey for a stronger self. This group of professionals not only work our bodies but also our minds to continue with our home exercises properly with no excuses..... they have a tough Job .They become our teachers, sounding boards , and our cheer leaders always ready to modify an exercise,listen to our concerns and continuing to encourage us forward to reach our goals.
I am thankful for the first day I called and started Physical Therapy with Nick and his wonderful staff.

The staff are professional they take their time with you and make sure you understand what the exercises do. When I went to them I was barely able to move. my lower back pain, weak legs, when I complete my six weeks, I Felt great.

Anyone that are looking for a physical therapy location they should definitely check ability rehabilitation of Palm Coast. staff are great and make you feel like you are part of the facility they are friendly.

When I first came into Ability Rehab, my MRI showed a "Massive " tear in
the rotator cuff.
Nick , the clinical director, did a very thorough evaluation, which was the start of the PT sessions.
Jennifer is at the front desk, very pleasant and always helpful in scheduling appts.
Working most days with Anthony was a challenge each time, very professional yet fun and friendly.
Always helpful, and patient, I never realized how important it is to have good posture while working through different exercises.
Each time I went I felt stronger. And was then re evaluated after many sessions.
I will continue to do the home programs as well.
I would strongly recommend Palm Coast Ability Rehab to anyone wanting an alternative to any surgery.

I have been a patient of Ability Rehab in Palm Coast twice. First, following surgery for a torn meniscus in my left knee and, more recently, for tennis elbow.

Nick, the Director, and his entire staff are very professional, personable and have always provided me with excellent on-site physical therapy, advice and home exercises needed to ensure a speedy recovery.

The facility is well organized and has a good range of equipment to provide challenging but safe exercise.

I have been going to Ability Rehab since April, to rehab my acl, mcl, and meniscus. I can’t say enough great things about this office. They truly helped me get my mobility back and confidence as well. Rehab is as much mental as it is physical and luckily I was blessed with this office to help overcome it all. I highly recommend them to anyone any age. I’m forever grateful to them for helping me get back to where I once was. Much thanks to Anthony, Nick, Jen, and Ike.
