Renting a storage unit with Advantage was THE most expedient, easy and painless business transaction EVER! Rep was friendly, pleasant, efficient and knowledgable and answered each and every question thoroughly and quickly. The unit is clean and has plenty of lighting, a convenient location and plenty of room for a truck to maneuver on the lot.

I had an immediate issue and they immediately addressed it. The customer service and the prompt attention I received was awesome when it came to addressing my issue. They really care about their customers. The units are clean and most of all bug and critter free. Rent here if you want your belongings to be safe and secure.

The on-line signup system is fast and easy to use. I had a few questions and was able to talk to a live person quickly. They were very pleasant and professional. The facility is brand new and should be perfect for storing everything I own while I am between homes. I highly recommend this facility.

Got same day storage. Called at 9:30 was in unit by 10 a.m. Quick and convenient. Even let me look at multiple sizes. Would recommend

It's conveniently located... it needs bigger or better signage to indicate its location... having a large mound of gravel directly in front of the unit was awkward and almost dangerous

Rented a 10x20 storage unit on-line. Assigned a Unit Number. Signed a Contract and made the appropriate down payment. Contract did not list which location the Unit was at. No gate code assigned. Had to call the telephone number twice. Left a message. No return call, so we called back. Got to the storage unit, lock on the door. Called again, left a message. No return call, so we called back and was advised they would remove the lock at 5:30 p.m. Received a call back unit was still full of someone else's belongings and that the unit size we needed was not available. Requested refund instead of waiting for them to get their paperwork and units together for rental.
