Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast Senior Living

My 89-year-old mother has been here for over a year. The staff are attentive and the facility is always very clean. The food is excellent and better than many of the other places from feedback. I have heard from residence here and at other residences.

Our experience with Tuscan Gardens has exceeded our expectations. If I could give 100 stars, I would. We began this journey with our Mother with Alzheimer dementia.

We thought we had no other options but a memory care unit, until we discovered Tuscan Gardens. Not only did we realize that we had options, but, realized we found the next best thing from our home. From the informed and caring staff, amazing chef, and nurses, to the leadership, our loved one was made to feel at home, well taken care of, and most importantly safe. The rooms are beautiful, modern and well appointed. Th community areas are clean, inviting, and abundant. The gardens are impeccably maintained, private, and the perfect spot for coffee all day!

The events that each resident participated in will fill their day from religious services and bingo, to horse races and boat cruises on the Intercoastal. The food is cooked by an experienced Chef who takes pride in creating a 5star dining experience for all the residents everyday of the week. On holidays, her cuisine rivals a fancy restaurant. It’s truly something special. When she isn’t in the kitchen, she’s in the dining room spending time with the residents or teaching them with a food demonstration.

For us, most importantly, our Mom is being treated and taken care of as family in a nurturing and stimulating environment. She is living her best life in Florida at Tuscan Gardens. Thank you!

We can’t say enough about this place for assisted living. Their surroundings are amazing and the place is spotlessly clean. The staff is so friendly and from the moment we were met by Jennifer who is head of sales to the front desk people like Joanne and Dora. Also, Shenise is an amazing person who takes such loving care of my wife’s father. The food is incredible also. If looking for a place to put a loved one for their new home look no further.

My mother, who recently died, absolutely loved living at Tuscan Gardens! She was able to maintain her independence, which was very important to her. Staff is good-excellent, caring and attentive towards the individual, and at all times respectful of the individual and family. A very professional outfit. My mother loved her bridge and rummikub days, said the food was delicious, and was able to have her little poodle living with her in the apartment. I think Tuscan Gardens is an excellent assisted living facility and can recommend it based on my mother's satisfaction at living there for 4 years before she passed. Thank you all!

I toured Tuscan gardens and was greeted by Kori M. I was so impressed with her enthusiasm and compassion towards the residents. She greeted every resident we met on the tour with smiles, calling them by their first name and offering each resident a unique compliment. It was evident she loves her job and the residents she serves! I have been at other facilities and came away with the feeling it was just a job for them but not at Tuscan garden. I know my mother will love the varied activities you plan for the residents! Thankyou Kori for you care and compassion and treating the residents as you would your own family!

I have 2 parents living in Tuscan Gardens. One is in AL and one in Memory Care. I am so thankful for everything the staff does for my family members. Making the decision to move into a facility is difficult and challenging. During the decision making process, we toured many of the properties in Palm Coast. We chose Tuscan Gardens because we felt most at home there! As a resident, you are a member of the 'family'. I can sleep easier knowing my parents are well taken care of and are safe. The staff take excellent care of our family members. And they love being there.

Everyone is soooo nice, place always clean, rooms are nice and big just a great place to visit. I would recommend this place to anyone that not sure, to visit you will really be glad you did

After visiting multiple facilities in Palm Coast, we walked into Tuscan and immediately knew this was home for our grandpa. We stayed for lunch and the food was delicious. The people we met that work there seemed genuinely happy to be there. We are so excited to make this move happen. I know our grandpa will thrive.

My Mom was dreading giving up her apartment and moving, despite the fact she was lonely and could use help. One month in at Tuscan Gardens and Mom is positively flourishing. It's like she shook off a layer of dust and she's bright and energetic in a way I haven't seen in years.
The administration staff are so kind and made the whole process straightforward and reassuring. The care staff is friendly, attentive and professional. All Mom's needs are being seen to so both she and I are happier than ever.

I have served in the Senior Industry for over 11 years and can proudly say how overly delighted I am with Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast and always enjoy visiting. From the entire management team to the caring associates, they are all so very friendly and always going above and beyond. What's especially nice is the warm and friendly atmosphere. From the moment you walk in, you will be impressed with it's exquisite stone, unique architecture and beautiful amenity spaces. The food is excellent and has multiple chef selections and an all day dining menu with several options. It even has a Tuscan Kitchen with gourmet stone oven that offers cooking demos and delicious homemade pizza on authentic Italian pizza dough. There is so much to do, I love watching the residents enjoy so many fun and engaging activities. It's like living on a cruise ship without leaving port! If you are looking for hardworking and caring associates with heart and a community that feels like family and home, look no further. You will not be disappointed!

Tuscan Gardens is a beautiful facility with friendly staff and great nurses. Everyone seems to enjoy living there. It is like living at a resort, there are always fun activities going on. I love how residents can dine whenever they want.

Very clean, many servers working dinner. Sahara is very good with the residents.

Thank you Jennifer King for always making my clients feel welcome. I work with Jennifer and Nancy, the administrator for the simple fact, they truly know how to treat people. They’re professional, kind hearted and live by the Golden Rule all the time, every time. And I find all staff to do the same. Now the community is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the meals and entertainment are like going out for a nice evening. And I have th confess, the cheesecake is awesome. If you tour for yourself or a loved one, I’m sure Jennifer will give you a slice to go❤

April 29th will be our 1 year anniversary of our moving into TGPC.. We are so very happy with this move. Everyone of the staff are wonderful. Easter dinner was fantastic. So many choices and each one wonderful. Gretchen is the best. Sorry to lose Kori to become Director of Memory Care, but we do get to see her over here also.
The monthly town hall meeting with the directors of every department are great. Sometimes the problems are so small they seem silly. But every comment is taken seriously and addressed. We love our TGPC family and friends.

The staff at Tuscan Gardens are very engaging and treat their residents like family. They schedule fun and interactive events no matter their level of activity.

I am SO glad my Parents are safe and sound at Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast!!! The Management Team and Support Staff are A++ - starting at the Front Desk and all the way through the Campus!!! When my Sister and I visit (mostly at separate times to ensure someone is visiting every few months - we both do not live in the area) we are made to feel like Family, just like the way they treat my Parents!!! Oh, and the entertainment, activities and food is very good too!!! I cannot say enough about TGPC - Top Notch!!!

As someone that works closely with communities such as Tuscan Gardens, I can tell you that this community is top notch! The beautiful building and pristine property speaks for itself. Across the board, the entire staff is genuinely invested in providing the best for all of their residents. From community amenities to resident care... I am continually impressed by their team, and the sense of community they provide.

I love working for Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast. The staff, residents, managers are all like family to me! It's a very positive atmosphere and a rewarding career. I'm sure I will be here for years to come.
