Went in not really knowing what I was looking for, but Bri helped me get exactly what I needed. Her knowledge of the store helped me get in and get out, great experience!

Great little smoke shop located in northwestern part of Palm coast. Clean and well organized store.

LOVE this place!!! Only thing better than the variety are the employees!! Alex and Brad are absolute rockstars. They know what’s good and they def know how to steer me to the best vapes!!!

Very cool people here especially Leuleu. They keep fresh cigar products always. I dropped my wallet once in store and the owner went out of his way to get the video footage and identify another customer in the store that picked it up and kept it. The dog is also cool.

I love this place! I have never had a negative experience. This is the only smoke shop I go to and hate when I’m out of town and have to go anywhere else. I had no idea who Eli was before I started shopping here and he has gone above and beyond to not only get to know me but all of his regular customers. His entire staff as well. They treat you like family and will always ask how you’ve been and what’s been going on. Their customer service goes beyond making sure you get what you need quickly and at a good price. I will forever be a loyal customer to Blaze n Flame and hopefully everyone else can appreciate them as much as I do as well. If you have a chance, take a moment to visit and see what I’m talking about! 10/10 recommended.

Lulu really helped me out today. They were super busy as I’ve noticed they are the last several times I’ve been to the store but that did not stop Lulu from being patient and kind and just absolutely AWESOME!!! I can’t give her enough praise. I spoke to the owner as well or Manager his name was Elijah. They are great.

Lulu is so funny and it’s always such a great experience going in to get my smoking essentials! The owner is a sweet man and he has great employees.

When the first time I came to this store , I was greeted by a retailer by the name of LuLu . And she was very nice and helpful also she helped me out with the products and explained to me about the product which helped me out a great deal ! She knows how to make her customers happy ! 😊. I was recently in the store and left out very pleased !!!

I moved to Palm Coast last month and I've found I keep coming back to this store because even though they are always busy all of the help is sooo nice. They are friendly, helpful and they know how to move a line. I want to mention Eli because even with a busy store, in the chaos of corona and dealing with paperwork from a delivery he still took the time to carry out a conversation with me and after my transaction he thanked me for the business and wished me a good day. I love that kinda customer service!!! This is an establishment where not do the employees seem to enjoy their jobs (I'd work there in a heartbeat!) But its also a place the customers clearly enjoy with the fast, friendly in and out service!!! Love it!!

This is definitely my favorite shop to go to in this area. They always have what I'm looking for & a large variety of whatever you're needing. Their prices are the best I've seen & the staff is always very helpful & extremely nice. If you're in this area I highly recommend going here. You won't be disappointed.

Reasonable prices & knowledgeable staff. Though I have been gotten a couple times but hey that's on me for not knowing about what I was looking for. Usually I would do my research. But they have one of largest selections of everything head shop related that i have found in this area. I've found a cheaper place but it is tiny and doesn't the selection that this one does. Plus they have beer & wine sold here which is super convenient. One less stop I have to make.
