I am so glad I purchased my appliances from John's rather than the big box stores. Randy was very knowledgeable, never pushy, and took his time guiding me through the process of selecting the best appliances for my budget. The deliver crew was courteous, efficient, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend John's Appliance.

As an owner of a large real estate development, construction and management company for 40+ years, I’m not easy to satisfy. However, Randy at Palm Coast has exceeded all expectations. Randy was knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. I cannot imagine how successful John’s Appliances would be if it had five “Randy’s” working at their store(s). From a possible interest in an LG washer and dryer, based on Randy’s recommendations, we ended up purchasing a new GE Washer and Dryer, a Thermador combination Microwave/Oven, a Bosch Dishwasher (Benchmark), and a 36” Thermador gas cooktop. Randy made it easy to spend $15,000 on new appliances. The delivery and setup by John's employees was also very, very good. Instead of dealing with subcontractors , employed personnel were used and it was obvious they were proud to represent John’s. Bravo from a new, but customer forever!

Needed new refrigerator fast as mine died. Had in stock what I wanted. Good pricing, Delivered fast, and delivery guys were great. Would use again.

The guys that delivered my bed were great. They do not have an easy job and after a long day of delivering different items, they were still very nice, funny and professional.

We bought our appliances for a new house from the Palm Coast location. Erik was our salesman and he was great to deal with. We were very happy with the total price for all the appliances.

After delivery, the refrigerator had an issue with the water dispenser and I called the service department and the ladies who set up the service call were outstanding to deal with, friendly and very efficient in setting up the repair.

Jimmy was the service technician who came out to the residence and diagnosed the issue and came back with the part to fix it. The refrigerator works perfect and we want to say thank you to John's Appliance for making the purchase easy and standing behind the products they sell.

We had a delivery this morning from Mike and Freddie. very happy with their service everything so neat and organized very friendly men. It was a pleasure.

Our fridge died last week, just a day before family was to arrive! We decided to go to John's Appliance and Bedding to hopefully support a small business. We were not disappointed! Randy, the salesman, was outstanding. He helped us understand the differences between models, and he was very honest! We really appreciated that. The buying process was so smooth and painless, and we are very glad that we stopped there first! We highly recommend this awesome, local, small business.

We had an issue with another “big” chain company on getting a dishwasher installed. Was recommended to go to Johns’ and they were just wonderful!! We had just purchased our home and were entertaining out of state guests. We purchased our dishwasher there and it was installed the following Monday, before our guests arrived!!! We will make it a point to purchase any new appliances from Johns’ here on out. !!!

Chaz & Riley, (sorry if I butchered the spelling) were very personable and hard working when they came to install our new oven. These guys are awesome and gave me the best start to my day!

They have good deals here. I spent some time shopping around but kept coming back. Their prices are as good or better than other appliance stores, and they spell out their guarantee. This is my second time buying from John's, probably won't be the last. Shout out to Justin for getting me what I needed and fitting my budget.

Erik Robinson was very thorough, & knowledgeable. He went thru step by step of various models as we were purchasing 4 appliances. We ended up doing a mix & match on models after doing research on the items. Due to Erik's advice & experience we did change some of our original selections to a higher end unit. He was very patient with us & we do appreciate that, it reflected on his professionalism in the trade. We had purchased a washer /dryer from John's in the past & had a great experience, that's why we decided to shop with them again. We will definitely recommend them to our friends & suggest you give them a shot also.!! Thanks again

We just had an over-the-counter microwave installed. I went in on Tuesday and Randy Hill showed me a GE that was on sale for a great price. He helped me to decide to go with the stainless steel. It goes beautifully with the other white appliances! And the installers were friendly and really knew what they were doing. This is the third appliance we've purchased from John's, and have been very pleased with the great customer service. You can bet we'll be back when we need something else. Don't bother with the big stores...you'll always find great prices and service at John's with your appliance installed in days, not weeks.

We purchased a new oven with convection and air fryer. Justin showed us exactly what we were interested in and didn't hard sell, which no customer endears to. John financing your purchase is available and painless to process. Justin showed us mattresses we were interested in and they had a good selection, though the Daytona location is much larger which Justin suggested. We prefer John's over Lowe's or Home Depot, supporting a locally owned business.

John's appliances are great! They were quick to deliver. When product is so low, they helped us find a stove that was delivered within days of purchase, installed with care and knowledge.

Home Depot was a nightmare. We previously had purchased from them. They delivered late, and a faulty non working stove.They left it here.

John's corrected that mess.

Ok, I'll be the first to admit I was skeptical the first time I went to this place. However, after very careful research, comparison, and diligently shopping for appliances, I bought a complete refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. That was 2 years ago. I went back again skeptical, when comparing mattresses. After comparing mattress firm, mattress one, and mattress warehouse with John's, I was shocked to find John's nearly $400 dollars less than the name brand companies. Both times Erik has taken care of me and he has been honest, straight forward and extremely nice. I highly recommend shopping here. We also just bought a washer and dryer and the only reason I purchased at Lowe's was they had it on sale and Erik tried but was straight forward and honest when he said the deal at Lowe's was better than his. Can't beat it these guys otherwise!

I went in today to johns appliance in south Daytona and walked around without being spoke to. Then a beautiful young lady came up to me and asked if I had been helped? I told her no. She introduced herself and helped me find exactly what we was looking for. Krystal is a very good sales woman and listened to what our wants and needs where! I would highly recommend this woman as she is fast, efficient with time, very polite and courteous, and very funny! She absolutely made our day! We will definitely be back and will tell all of our friends to go see her! Johns got lucky when they hired her! She’s an absolute asset to your company! Thank you again!

We recently moved from out of state and needed a fridge and two mattresses. This was the first store we had been to to start looking. Eric was very honest about pros and cons to the different items we were looking at and actually talked us out of a more expensive option. His integrity was obvious and made us decide to not look any further. Knowing we were without these items and shipping is an issue right now, he went the extra mile and searched all of their locations to find available options of what we needed in our price range. Matt & Mike delivered our fridge and mattresses. Upon unboxing the fridge they noticed it was damaged and we're quick to find a solution for us. Without us asking, they willingly added an extra stop to their deliveries for the next day (the day before Thanksgiving) so that we wouldn't have to wait two more days. They we're quick and meticulous in setting things up for us. From start to finish a wonderful experience.
