We were absolutely happy with the service we had here with Steve. He helped us pick out furniture for our whole house we had just bought in Palm Coast. He helped pick out exactly what we were looking for with ease, and was very helpful in a relaxed atmosphere. He went above and beyond showing us pieces in other stores to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Delivery went smooth with Mike who was fantastic to deal with. Even a few blemishes were fixed swiftly and they really made sure we were taking care of. Everyone was super friendly which was a huge plus. I will work with Steve again for sure after the 5-star service. Thank you again!

My husband and I shopped local and purchased a complete solid wood bedroom set from Traci. While shopping, we never felt harassed by a “pushy salesman”, however, Traci was always near to answer our questions. The store is not very large but they offer diverse selections and beautiful furniture. Our entire experience from the sale, to the delivery men, have been very positive. I highly recommend visiting this store. We will be back to purchase our living room set. I happened into this place by way of my google maps! And what a find! Lilly was awesome! She was patient and very helpful. Not pushy but very willing to help in anyway. I actually ended up furnishing almost my entire house with them! I just had finished building a home and was just looking but needed up getting all this wonderful furniture! And they delivered everything so fast! Had it all delivered and assembled within 3 days! Ernesto was great on delivery and putting stuff together. So was his partner whose name escapes me, but they were awesome! I would highly recommend this place. Now when I go in they treat me like family💕💕💕

We purchased furniture from the Boulder Rock Drive location. I rarely give a 5 star rating but I think they really deserve it.
We are very pleased with the customer service we received. We stopped by just to look at options. We told him what we were looking for our teenage sons and he made our shopping decision quick and easy by showing us exactly what we wanted and we made our purchase in 30 minutes or less.
The excellent professionalism and customer service continued on delivery of our furniture, We had the pleasure of meeting dynamic duo, Mike and Mike. They’re an awesome team.They were very observant and professional with their response to a damaged item noted when the dresser was unboxed. They made me feel I can trust the item would be replaced.
After the furniture was set up my kids wanted to make minor changes with the placement. They were willing to make the changes to make them happy.
So we’ll wait on the replacement and delivery of the damaged item.

This is my second furniture order and I am very happy with my purchases. My overall experience with Susan and Tracy was extremely positive; both being quite professional and very friendly. Susan understood my need for a prompt delivery and she came through. The delivery team was polite and professional. They worked together to assemble the furniture in a timely fashion; quite considerate where and how I wanted the pieces placed. I especially appreciated the care taken to unload and to bring in the furniture; how organized, and providing information and answers to my questions. Two thumbs up in the diligence to take all the trash.

We stopped in the store on Cypress Pt Pkwy after looking at their overstock location. Traci was excellent. She helped us decide on a great couch with no pressure to up sell with protection plans like other stores.Mike & Mike delivered the couch with a very positive and friendly attitude. Great job.

We recently moved to the area and we were in need of furniture for an entire new home. Susan went above and beyond in getting the sizeable order placed without any issues. She communicated with us in a timely manner and kept us updated along the way. When it came time for delivery, the truck and crew arrived on time. They spent almost the entire day assembling and placing the furniture as directed. They were very respectful of our property during the long process. We have since been back several times to supplement the original purchase and each time experienced the same level of professionalism and courtesy. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. So happy with the service and furniture. Susan was wonderful and helped us customize the exact swivel, rocking, recliners with the color and fabric we wanted (Best recliner). They look beautiful and are the most comfortable chairs I have ever sat in. The delivery was efficient, and Mike and Frank were personable, upbeat, and made sure I knew all there was to know. It was so worth waiting to get these customized with our preferred fabric.

A week ago Saturday my grandson and I went into your store for the first time looking for a chest of drawers. Traci was working and not only was she very friendly but also professional giving us time to look around and make a decision. We found something we liked very much and she was able to make a delivery happen sooner than we expected. I will definitely go back to the store and hope to deal with Traci again. Thanks!!!

I am very pleased with the excellent customer service and quality of my purchase from Home Design Furniture. Jackie was very efficient in assisting me. The delivery men were both prompt and personable. They explained features of my new recliner, which they set up instantly. The recliner is extremely comfortable-my husband took a nap there soon after its arrival.

Excellent operation and communication by the warehouse team. Michael and Shaun delivered our furniture in less than a week. They were skilled and efficient in assembling the six-piece bedroom set. We highly recommend doing business with Home Design Furniture and we love our beautiful new bedroom set!

The staff was very professional and helpful. Our furniture was delivered as promised when promised. The delivery personnel were pleasant and set up furniture as directed. The store has quality furniture reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would purchase from them in the future.

Just received my sofa and two chairs. I love the colors of sofa & chairs. The delivery people (Mike & Mr. Jones) were super friendly and very professional, and the way they handled my furniture you knew they were very experienced. We purchased an electric fireplace cabinet with firebox from Furniture2Go on Boulder Rock. David spent soooo much time with us and went above and beyond to accommodate us. After shopping all over Daytona, this was the best price for the cabinet we had chosen. The delivery was on time and the guys were efficient and polite. We needed a recliner quickly as my husband was having knee replacement surgery and Jacquie hooked us up! We now have a great chair that hubby is asleep in. Delivery was very prompt and the delivery guys called to tell us they were on their way, delivered it and set it up! I am lucky to have been hired from this company back in Jan. Of this year. I have had several personal issues that lead me to have to leave on last minute notice 3 times. I have gotten nothing but exceptional support and care in regards to issues. It surprised me to see someone say this company shows prejudism. Every ethnicity works at this co.! Caring company that goes all the way for their customers and employees. It's great working with this small town, small biz place. No corporate treatment here.. I thank my co workers all the time as my happiness shows!
