I needed a couch and washer/dryer when I moved to the area and I found an affordable payment at this location. When I went through hard times they had many options to help me and allow me to keep my rentals and I really appreciated that. Violet is the manager and she is kind and understanding. I will definitely continue to give them my business in the future.

We went with our elderly mother to find her a good recliner or lift chair. The staff was so patient and with her and caring. Thank you for having just what we needed and amazing service

This was my experience Friday 5/7/21 Mother’s Day weekend. I noticed my refrigerator was not as cold as it should be so we vacuumed out the back hoping when my husband and I got home from work the problem would be fixed. Sadly when we got home it was not. I had my kids coming from 2 states for the weekend so a refrigerator is kind of an important deal. Needless to say we needed a new one, off to town we went. We went to what we thought was the only option left in town, a home improvement retail store. I left so upset after finding out although there are many refrigerators on display they only sell them on order. What are you suppose to do when your appliance goes out and you need one ASAP? As we were leaving my husband and I looked at each other after looking at Aaron’s shrugged and said let’s just look. Well I can tell you now GO TO AARONS! The associates were so kind and helpful. They had just what we needed, loaded it as we were checking out and had it delivered moments after we got home. We were shocked, we live out of town actually on the other side of the river in Washington and have been giving quite the run around in the past by others about delivery. I never had been in the store or thought of them other than a rent to own place but now that I’m aware of how wonderful they are and how helpful they are I told everyone at work. Everyone was so nice and the whole process was effortless, I’m still in a “WOW” moment. I will be back for my future furniture or appliance needs. Thank you Aarons!!!! I love my fridge!

Best Aaron’s I’ve ever been to! I use to live in California and moved out here to The Dalles, the one in California where I lived everyone was so rude but I wanted to give the company one last try so I walked in, and to my suprise it was a great experience, the woman named Ashley helped me out I believe she said she was the gm, she was the most knowlagable and most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with
