Stella's 467 Dough Box & Roadhouse

Stopped in this little town on our way to Salt Lake City. Really good French dip for me. My wife loved the burger and the kids gobbled up the chicken nuggets/strips. I got a nice stiff drink and all that was under $60. Rachel was awesome. I’m glad she has a special on the menu with her name too!!

We called and ordered takeout from here and it was really good! We got the French Dip and the Chicken Strips. The portion size is very large and we were stuffed! The sauces are really good, especially the fry sauce. Really good quality and worth the price. The total was $27.04.

It's easy to find right on the main street near the elks and antlers!

Great bar food. I ordered he Rachel special and I thought it was really good. Reminded me of a Phillycheese(see picture) I highly recommend the loaded fries! They are differently loaded and worth the money.
Kids meals come with a small cupcake. Though that was nice.

Stopped here while driving through town. When we first walked inside, we weren't quite sure about the place but we stayed based on the reviews we read. We are so glad we stayed!!

The servers were awesome- attentive and fun!

Burgers were awesome- flavored perfectly and delicious along with the fries. Mixed drinks were on point as well.

Prices- awesome!

If we lived close, this would surely be our "go to" place.

The food here is some of the best in Star Valley hands-down! You can't beat the quality of the food. We love the fresh baked bread on every sandwich or burger. The french dip is delicious with so much meat, and very flavorful. The batter dipped fries are crisp on the outside, but fluffy on the inside and they give you this great fry sauce to dip them in. The portions are large, and the prices are on point.

The service has always been friendly and good. We are greeted as we arrive, when we leave, and well taken care of while we are dining inside.

Very happy with this place from start to finish and that's why we keep coming back again and again.

Me and my husband was in town for work and stopped in 2 times for dinner. Staff was extra friendly and helpful. We ordered our dinner with an appetizer, by time we was done with our appetizer our food was done. To top it off it was amazingly good.

So on this day for some reason I had a craving for a Philly cheese steak sandwich. So naturally when I saw Stella's dough box I thought perfect. Was greeted when I arrived and was allowed to seat my self I rather liked the environment of a steam punk bar. For beverages they serve Pepsi products. I got my sandwich which was rather delightful get choice of sides of fries or chips. I would recommend this place. There is more on the menu I would like to try so I will return thank you for the experience.

Been thinking about trying it out for a while and it was excellent. The best hamburger in the area. The atmosphere was really great. Service couldn't have been better. Can't recommend it enough.

Great burgers... Using fresh quality never frozen (beef) ingredients... Same as our restaurant( Spencer Grill and RV Park) in Spencer Idaho... it's hard to find really good burgers. Thank you folks!!!

Stopped by for dinner while on a trip for work. Had the Muffaletta burger, which was amazing! If you like olives you'll love it! Staff was very friendly. Thanks!

Written by my better half - Went to Stella’s last night for dinner and ordered the grilled chicken Malibu sandwich and my boyfriend ordered the shrimp Po Boy sandwich and all I can say is Wow Wow Wow! Both were simply amazing and mouth watering. They were perfectly made with FRESH ingredients and even seasoned JUST right. We were both very satisfied! Well done chef I think his name was Seth who not only impressed us with his aforementioned amazing cooking abilities but also his welcoming nature when we walked in the door. And it can’t go without mentioning our sweet, attentive, very personable and full of life waitress RACHEL! You are one of the happiest smiling full of sunshine humans we have met in a while ☀. We now found our regular spot, thanks so much! Chanel & Bryon 😌

This is one of the only places in Afton worth going to eat and get a drink. The ladies that have been running the place each time I’ve gone are extremely friendly and great at their jobs. The food beats anything else nearby too. 100% will be coming back often.

My wife and I stopped by and ate here and were very happy with the food. The food had great portions and was very well made and good. The customer service was nice and friendly and very attentive to taking care of our needs. The restaurant used to be a bar that was transformed in to a restaurant. You feel like you're eating in a old bar and some of the decorations feel out of place. But, for how good the food was, it's hardly an issue. I'd definitely recommend stopping by.

Was looking for a place to get lunch along main street. None of the menus excited me. I got a whiff of enticing food aromas with no obvious source. I followed my nose to an open door where I encountered a wall of enticing food aromas.

Prices were typical. Service incredible, considering the current labor challenges. Full bar with local beer on tap. The menu was varied. For those who like spicey, I strongly recommend Rachel's Special sandwich. This sandwich holds a special place in my culinary memories.

I wish I had a picture of my meal. I don’t because once I took a bite of my cheeseburger I couldn’t stop eating. Best burger! Hand shaped, thick, perfectly cooked! I put their spicy fry sauce on the burger and it added extra deliciousness.
Had to wait an hour for the meal to-go but definitely worth the wait.

Me and my wife had the Stella burger and it was delicious. Stella's is a bar turned restaurant and has that small town feel. The service is great and we will definitely eat there again when the opportunity arises.

My wife had the roast beef with au jus. It was awesome. I had the roast beef/mushroom melt with fries .I have died and have gone to heaven... It was delicious! I highly recommend stopping in, just fine sit too far back in the winter, the back door opens and you get pretty cold.

This is my favorite place to eat in Afton. It has THE BEST food. I’m only in town for one week out of the year and I eat every meal I can here. It’s by far the best.

Great food and great service! Waitress was super friendly and even willing to help out when we had some trailer problems! The food came out fast and was super filling! We will definitely come back when we come back to town!

Stopped off on the way from SLC to Jackson Hole and had the perfect lunch! The French Dip & chicken strips are the way to go - delicious and affordable!
