Eldorado Reno Resort Casino

Always a great time going here! The swimming pool is small but it is nice and clean and the area to go sit outside is amazing plenty of seats. The casino is nice and clean and stuff is friendly.

I was invited to go see a show here called Minneapolis hilarious. We had a great time a few drinks. Some snacks and entertainment was so funny and great. Definitely. Go see it if you haven't.

Connected as part of the row which has 3 casinos 11 night clubs and 20+ restaurants all in walking distance. Also the arcade games are entertaining for kids, family, and drinking adults.

I traveled from Sacramento California to spend my birthday I this beautiful resort. upon arriving I was informed that my booking I did for my third-party was not booked for the suite that I wanted. I talk to the manager Christina and she looked at my information and helped me right away. She got me the room that I booked. I was so pleased with her service and how humble and caring she was for my special day. As I walked in my suite, I nearly cried and was in love with it room. It was immaculate, clean, and the view was breathtaking. Thank you so much for making my birthday special day . ❤

I loved my smoking room, housekeeping was very good at cleaning rooms. The location was walkable to the bowling center

Right in the middle of downtown with easy access to casino. The most surprising part was how quiet it is in the room when the casino is so close by.

Had a great meal waiting for a marathon to end. The entire staff was great. We were in a large group and they didn't bat an eye. 🙌

First time staying at The Eldorado, we have always stayed at the Silver Legacy. Not anymore. We will only stay at the Eldorado, we were given a spa tower suite room with tremendous city, river and mountain ranges. Beautiful!

My experience with eldorado as a local with occasional insomnia is that Im grateful they are open 24/7. I strolled in here at all hours of the day or night and on any shift. My apartment is close by so I dont know about the rooms. This casino is my favorite of the downtown casinos because of the type of games I like to play and the layout of the gaming floor. I dont go to socialize but the bar and seating areas are actually very nice. Employees are visible and attentivene. Very helpful if you have a question and you
Dont have to go look or wait long for a server they always ask u if they can get u something. If you dont want a cocktail or snack they dont bother you every 10’minutes Asking the a same question. But they wont ignore you either, wherever you’re staying or whatever you are doing in Reno, you dont want to miss stopping at the Eldorado.

I’m gonna give this advice to new people going to Reno for this hotel but it was the best view we found in all of Nevada so I was impressed by it because I couldn’t believe how beautiful the sunset was

The food is kind of bad in there at el Eldorado/silver legacy but it is sort of to be expected I guess. They do have a Ruth Christie's which is a chain but that place is really good.

The Casino is very relaxing. Great staff. The location is amazing. The center of lots of activities.

This is my go-to. If im betting I'm betting with Caesars. I'm local so I rotate favorites. As of now I would say go here. Most active. Great room comps.

Best place to stay in Reno! Clean casinos, lots of shops & food choices. All 3 casinos of The Row are connected so it makes it easier to get around.

Egie, one of the front desk assistants, was the best I've ever encountered. She went above and beyond to make sure my check-in process was seamless. If it were up to me I would give her a raise or promotion. Perfect on all counts.

That clean and freshly sanitized smell that hits you when you walk in the resort s something that you remember from going there as a youngster. Same is good!

Rooms are nice and clean, spacious for a hotel, location is downtown with everything you need around you. Service is ok.

Rooms are clean and quiet. Great location. Roxy is a restaurant you need to try.
