We visited several Reno dealership's in search of a new car.The staff at Dolan knew their vehicles inside and out,very friendly, informative and most of all did not give you the feeling of being forced into buying what they needed to sell! Everyone there was very friendly helpful and made our new car buying experience very easy!They were up to date on all of their vehicles. We gave them our top dollar we wanted to pay and guess what! They went below it! Awesome! I would recommend Narciso our sales person to anyone wanting to buy a new car !We are now the proud new owners our Kia Rio! Thank you to all who helped us, and making it easy to drive away with our new Kia Rio! Oh and thanks for the free hats. They are also pet friendly!

;5 years later and just bought our second Kia we now own a Soul and love it. Angel our sales person is very knowledgeable on the cars on hand. The process was fast and easy. We were not looking for the Soul we came for the Forte but it sold the night before so we went with the Soul.Glad we did. I would again recommend shopping here. Very happy Soul owner

As far as car experiences, this was a very good one. No pressure good selection of used cars at great prices. I also got very good financing through them. The service department took very good care of me when a mouse got stuck in one of my vents they took care of my insurance and they dealt with everything. Give them a try Steve the manager is awesome!

I'm beyond happy I ended up buying a Kia, because everyone I spoke to at the dealership was very kind, helpful, and not once did I feel pressured into anything. This was my first time buying a new car and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Even with the issues I had on my end before driving home, they were beyond patient and worked with me. Of all the dealerships here in Reno that I communicated with, none of them compared to Dolan.

So, i have come a few times and Thomas was my guy. He's very perfossinal, explaining what, i could do to fix, the matters that we're addressed, not pressured. Been pleased with the whole time my car was serviced, very busy popular location

Ask for Kai she was amazing and really took the time and effort to find a vehicle that I wanted that fit into my price. Then she blew it out of the water by getting me an amazing deal and was upfront and honest about everything right off the bat. Promt service. I waited for my vehicle during a standard (20k mile) service. Waiting area is nice, comfortable and clean (though stripped of the previous amenities, due to covid, no doubt. The service rep (Steve) was knowledgeable and friendly. My car was taken into the service area immediately and I was back out on the road in under an hour. Pleasant experience. Concise and thorough written automobile report provided at the service conclusion.

I'm in complete amazement in the service I received from everyone at Dolan auto group! I bought a used car and a week later I had a 2 small problems with car. Not only did they give me a rental car, they fixed problems the whole thing was taken care of. I had never in my life gone to a dealship to buy a car, for all the negative things I've heard about dealer ships. I'm so glad I found Dolan auto group! Great place with amazing people. This dealership has greât new and used autos at very reasonable prices (if you pick the right time of year to shop). It's generally jam-packed with potential customers and busy sales people, but they all seem happy and not too high-pressure-stressed-out given the nature of the car purchase mindset in general.

Great customer service we had posh as our salesman and he was fantastic he didn't he wasn't pushy or anything he made us make our own decision on a car we bought a Subaru Forester a 2016 and he made us do the deal and posh was an excellent salesman he fits the job very well I'm glad he made it to the floor and out of the back ends Tom Dolan is a great place to go if you wanted to trade in your car they gave us a great trade in for my 2004 Mitsubishi outlander they are great people and they are great customer service a very nice people there I would go back there and trade in my car if I had to but I love my Subaru Forester my daughter and I made a good deal we thank you Tom Dolan and we thank you posh

I deliver new cars too them they I don't mind going too, I unload there cars go tell them what I got they send the young porters out there very efficient get me back on the road heading g home .
