My car was totaled, and my time in getting a new one was limited while the insurance company was settling payments. I scheduled a time to test drive an L-certified car, but it didn't have the power I wanted. They came back with several options for a new car. It had all the bells and whistles I wanted. We discussed the price and settled on a workable deal. The paperwork was fast and easy! The process was comfortable.

Very relaxing and patient environment. Nice lobby and friendly people. Lots of amenities. These people really help the dreaded car buying experience a little more relaxed.

I live out of town so I did the entire purchase remotely. Everything went smooth and I'm amazed at the online notary service. Literally was only at the dealership for probably about 10 minutes to finalize the deal and I was on my way. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

I had such a great experience purchasing my new Lexus at Dolan Lexus ! Kandace and the manager Kris were very patient with me as I was very specific about the features I wanted as well as I changed my mind about 3 different times on both the interior and exterior color. Once I settled on the colors, they ended up finding exactly what I wanted and it arrived much quicker than expected! Pricing was transparent which I appreciated as well.

This was the best experience I had at Dolan Lexus in several visits. There were some mishaps on the last few visits, but Lacey was awesome and efficient. She took care of what was needed and handled all details flawlessly. This visit was needed to restore some confidence back in this dealership so very happy about this.

Rating my first visit to Dolan Lexus Service. From the greeting to the return of my vehicle, I felt like I was in competent and friendly hands. There's a spacious and comfortable waiting lounge where I was able to work while I waited, accompanied by great coffee. Always a great place to have anything done car related. From browsing for a car to purchasing a car, the whole process was seamless. I had an unfortunate event happen to me and my car needed a part that they did not have at the time. They not only were able to get me in for maintenance in a timely fashion, but provided me with a courtesy vehicle.

Sam Lopez at Dolan Lexus has gone above and beyond for us in his capacity as a service advisor. After we told him which brand of tires we last purchased he did the research to get us a discount on our new tires through the tire maker’s warranty.
