I usually don’t do reviews but this location deserves all the love. The employees working there were all so sweet and exceeded customer service expectations. Such a great crew there and I will def be returning 🫶🏻

Went to the Lululemon in Wayland Square. First time shopping for men’s clothes. My wife and I had a great shopping experience, receiving personalized service. The shirts I bought are super comfortable and ordered a pants online while in the store. Thanks to all the amazing employees who work there!

The staff were super patient, friendly, and helpful in helping me choose the right size and right category. They also have the option to have you order from website if they don't have the color/size. I ended up choosing to order from website myself but was super impressive with how welcoming and knowledgeable the staff are! It's really nice that we have a Lululemon store in town!!

We made an complicated exchange here today and the service was great! They were busy and had to actively stop people from coming in the store due to covid capacity. Meanwhile they went above and beyond, finding a different item size in a New York store.

Kelly was such a sweetheart and helpful in locating the product I wanted and processing the sale.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Good store.

Unbelievable!!! I asked the store to hold a piece of apparel. I was gone less then 20 Minutes and they sold the vest in the short time I was gone. Will never spend money at this location and will reach out to a regional manager. Totally unacceptable.

When me and my daughter entered we were not welcomed and they gave us some strange looks. We are proud Hispanics 🇬🇹 and l intended to buy some leggings here. When a young white women walked in in she was welcomed and was helped. I believe that they thought we weren’t going to buy anything because of our ethnicity. But when they noticed that we were ready to checkout, the worker was happier and more cheerful.

Just left the store and I’m very disappointed in the substandard customer service I experienced. For someone who has been an advocate for the brand for years, someone who at times spent the little cash I had on the brand, someone who has convinced friends to appreciate the brand as much as I do, I am hurt by the condescending tone that was used towards me. Not sure if they heard my non native accent and realized they can act “superior” towards me or what, but I’m utterly disappointed.

I had bought an item online and wanted to exchange it for a different color. But apparently because I had worn it once (only to try it on) and removed the tag, “there is nothing [they] can do about it”; and of course they dismissed my request to consider the fact that I live very far from the closest store and that I went out of my way to come to the store by referring me to their policy. Again in a condescending tone.

I hope this behavior is addressed as I wouldn’t want one bad experience to deter me from the brand I have loved for so long.

I live minutes away from this store, but choose to drive to the Garden City location instead. I’m never greeted when I walk in, but the workers stare and carry on their loud and obnoxious conversations. I feel like I am more knowledgeable about their products than they are. Just rude, and not helpful. Garden City is the better location.

Horrible customer service. Staff hung up twice on me. When asked to ship my order to my home due to being out of town staff refused to ship them. Will never buy from them again.
