I received two bracelets as gifts a few years ago. Unfortunately, one bracelet broke and one stretched out. I contacted customer service who were so kind! They sent a return label and asked me to send the bracelets back for repair. The staff kept me updated on the status of the bracelets at all times. The bracelets arrived today and they are truly as good as new. The wonderful staff fixed and cleaned them. I would 100% buy more jewelry from Haverhill - beautiful pieces and great customer service!

Haverhill Collection is by far one of my favorite jewelry brands for so many reasons. Not only are their pieces long-lasting and gorgeous, but I truly value a brand that allows you to customize a piece to match YOU! Each piece I own is made of high quality materials and withstands the test of motherhood - pulls from my little one and being the victim to an accidental spill of some interesting liquid or food. The Haverhill brand is founded on family and love and it's evident in all of their jewelry.

I have to give Haverhill Collection the utmost props and respect for doing the right thing. I ordered my wife's first mothers day gift from them. A beautiful Letter Plate with birthstone on a necklace. It was not cheap, but I thought it was very nice and worth it. During delivery the package was marked as delivered even though I never received it. This was in May 2023. It is now the end of July 2023 and after working with their Support, I was recently notified that I would be sent a replacement. Amazing. What a great company. I was heartbroken and embarrassed when I didn't have a mothers day gift to give my wife and mother of my child on her FIRST MOTHERS DAY!! Even though I had a receipt! But, in the end Haverhill has made it right by sending a replacement and I am sooooo happy and relieved. I will be purchasing from them in the future not only because their products are very nice but b/c this company obviously does what is right, and I stand behind that. Thank you again, sooooo much, you have saved me!

Not only is the collection beautiful, the customer service is exceptional. I was lucky enough to work with Amy, and she helped me to exchange one of the stones on a personalized necklace. Couldn’t have been more helpful and was actually the one to suggest an exchange for a different stone when she realized the issue with the stone we had originally chosen. Haverhill’s customer service is unparalleled! My bracelet broke twice recently and each time they sent me a UPS label to return it and have it repaired free of charge! I love my Haverhill jewelry and could not be happier with my experience. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I am writing to commend Haverhill on a number of dimensions. I frequently purchase jewelry for my lady online and the attractiveness of the Haverhill website caught my attention - aesthetics. I was also pleased to find just the items that I wanted at a price that made me feel generous but not bankrupt. - value. Their work is beautifully designed and well crafted - quality. These three characteristics - aesthetics, value and quality - make them a destination jewelry shop for me.

When there was a problem with the delivery service I contacted Haverhill and was immediately responded to by Allison in Customer Care. This was the beginning of really the best part of the Haverhill experience. Allison was kind, warm and an excellent communicator. She put my mind at rest that the problem would be remedied and put a smile on my face when she said that a rush would be put on the re-order and that I would have the items in time for holiday gifting.

Individually, Allison was a gem. This reflected her character. But Allison was also a reflection of the care and customer service orientation of Haverhill. This company is now on my favorites tab and I will certainly do business with them again.

Top to bottom, Haverhill and Allison made this year's holiday shopping a joy.

I accidentally ordered the wrong thing, and they immediately made the adjustments, maintained open communications through the process so I always knew what was happening, and ensured I was happy with their response. THAT’s a rare experience these days.

I had a great experience with Haverhill from start to finish. My 3 piece stone is easily the most nearest piece of jewelry to my heart that I own aside from my wedding ring. Excellent quality, beautiful stones and best of all the most genuine person behind the brand. I originally purchased a one stone, but quickly realized I should have gone with my gut and gotten the 3 stone. One for my husband, myself, and my baby that will be due in November. The feeling of a daunting task of returning my necklace and then adding more stones I was a bit hesitant to do so (mostly because I diddnt want to part with my necklace) but Haverhill made it feel so painless and shipped it the next day!

Reading most of these reviews I really don’t understand or believe they were ever a customer of Haverhill, since she seems like the sweetest soul even though we have never met. You can tell she cares deeply about her customers and she wants to know that you are completely happy with your purchase. That to me, will make me a lifetime customer of Haverhill and will tell everyone I know about this great brand and person behind it all. Trust me when I say, you will believe it for yourself when you decide to purchase something from her, and you will be as confused as I was when I read these reviews.

I’m thrilled that I discovered Haverhill. First got myself a bracelet with one birthstone-March milky aquamarine. Liked it so much I purchased one with 2 stones for a July birthday gift. When I looked on line I saw that they had aquamarines. I sent my bracelet back and added 2 aquamarines and had the originally milky aquamarine replaced No charge for replacement. Also bracelets often don’t fit me - my wrists are wide so perfect that I could order a size. Love my bracelet and the customer service.

I have been a fan of Haverhill jewelry for years! I have purchased personalized necklaces and bracelets for my closest friends and family, including my 7 year old daughter, my god daughter, my mother, and my mother in law, and they all wear their special pieces each and every day! I love the refined, understated, and effortless style of the jewelry, which is a reflection of Haverhill herself!

I purchased a bracelet with my children’s birthstones it was very nice and delicate..I asked the woman on the phone about wearing it all the time and she said they all wear theirs everyday… well after over 2 years I haven’t taken mine off once and it looks like the day I bought it in fact I’m ready to buy another!

I rarely write reviews, but it’s been a crazy year, and it’s important to spread the love around.
I’m committed to very few brands - come to think of it, it comes down to where I buy my coffee, my face wash, mascara, and jewelry. I came across this designer years ago, back when she had a swimwear line - I think out of L.A. You could say I fell in love with her aesthetic and pretty much who and how she is - full of grace and warmth. Flash forward to her jewelry, and it’s been a revelation for my jump into “adulthood” - wearing pretty, sophisticated, every day pieces that are still interesting has sort of defined my look for the past few years, thanks to this brand. I’ve gone from wearing her chunky rings and chains back when I was single, to her earrings and birthstone necklace now that I’m a married mama! It’s all durable, shiny, and still my go-to for work, daily wear and special occasions.
I’ve read some of the other reviews and am shocked to read any negative ones. Their customer service has been impeccable and personal, and I’ve (and my friends/family) always received everything “on time.” Remember - this is a small-ish, family-run business. Have a little understanding, especially during peak holiday and gift-giving seasons!

My Hudson necklace is everything I could have hoped for and more! Superb quality and the styling is classic yet still unique; I never fail to receive a compliment on the street when I wear it. Haverhill customer service has also been fabulous.

I had trouble with delivery.UPS did not leave package at door or someone stole my package.Anyway, I contact Haverhill and they responded me immediately.I’ve received replacement another day.I just wanna thank them for being professional in this situation that i had.I ordered some bracelet and i gotta say it looks amazing and unique with those stones.I recommend Haverhill to everyone.If you wanna buy gift for your friend/wife/girlfriend this is place where you can find unique jewelry.
