Bill, Donna and Bill Jr. run a top class operation. They were timely in their responses over both email and phone calls, and met my deadline for an event we were having. The truth is that we never serviced the sign at all. We did not take any deposits or leave the sign half lit. That claim is completely false. We have been in business for over 80 years with a very high referral rate and a great reputation.

Very unprofessional made 3 calls for scheduling and appointment and no one got back to me until now it's been over a year .

Worst service I've ever received. After a month of making appointments they never finished the job! I'd be very careful giving this company any deposits on any sign work. I now have a half lit sign and I've never received a call back after months of calls. Totally burnt me
