Replaced my laminate counter with this awesome butcher-block, and this would not have been possible without the awesome help of Trevor (as well as others) who assisted with me getting everything I needed for this home project. I bit off way more than I could chew but in the end it all came together. Thank you for the help and guidance.

I received a visit today from Lowe's Felipe and Javier. They dropped off my new refrigerator! What a great job they did from moving in my new refrigerator to moving out my old one they were very cautious not to scratch anything. Great job guys!! I would definitely recommend Lowe's to my family and friends. fast and efficient!

I'm giving 5 stars despite the experience I had ended in cancelling an order for a stove and knowing that anything less than 5 just gets employees talked down to. Long story short, ordering an appliance from Lowes, having it delivered and then installed end up involving 1 and sometimes two 3rd party companies. These companies don't coordinate very well on their own. That led me to cancel the order and actually pay more at Wickford Appliance for the better, more direct service. That being said, the woman at the return desk, who in turn involved Dave (Asst. Store Mgr) were nothing but polite and apologetic. Even though we ended up cancelling the transaction, I still appreciate the efforts of both of them for making the cancellation as easy as possible.

I placed a pick order for a baseboard cover and ends that I needed, but I had my two toddlers with me and I would’ve been really difficult to go inside to pick it up. So I called the store and spoke with a really nice women (I think her name was Jaelyn) and she offered to bring my items out to me which I was so thankful for. When I arrived I called and spoke with Bryce and he was so helpful with bringing my items out and putting them in my truck for me. He was so kind and friendly and I couldn’t thank him enough!

As customer service should be. I live in East Greenwich and had purchased some discounted, discontinued paneling on Saturday evening, held, to be picked up on Monday night. Upon arrival (a rush before a snowstorm), those running customer service could not seem to locate it (7 panels, the best 7 I picked from the remaining stock on clearance). Back forth, back forth finally management stepped in, product was finally found after close to an hour, it was indeed misplaced but was finally found. The manager gave us another 10% off and all the staff was apologetic - an annoying situation was handled correctly, hard to find these days, I will be back from EG. He /staff should be commended.

Just had to get some wood cut and had a great experience with Ryan. We had no idea Lowes cut wood and he was a huge help with measurements. A+ staff, always love Colttrain too along with the cashier (forgot name) would always is accommodating

Let me say I want to Lowe's I found what I was looking for no problem trust me. I spent over a half an hour at home Depot nobody knew anything was didn't have what I was looking for and all I can say was it was a waste of time. So all I can say is you know where to go as far as I'm concerned Lowe's it's the place to go.

Great selection, aisles are labeled for shopping efficiency and great customer service all around, but specifically Juan in Hardware. He solved a long-standing problem in a matter of minutes. Thank you Lowe's for employing such knowledgeable people. They still have the greatest people around as far as customer service.

What a great experience tonight. Drove 45 minutes for portable ac unit, didn't see it on the shelves was bummed. This gentleman comes to help,searches everywhere and finds them put away top shelf in plumbing. I really appreciate the time and effort of him and the second gentleman who helped him! Thank you very much.

I love my local lowes!! All employee interactions A+!!!. Items products/ sales.. But be warned shopping online for large Items, Garden furniture , etc . promises free shipping. But was unknowingly charged !!! Not happy with this my Lowes is less than one mile away ??

I went to by a few things and I had questions about my charge, the young man at the service desk was so helpful it took a while to solve my problem and he didn't stop a minute until he solved it. Making phone calls putting me on the phone. Getting everything straightened out perfectly. What great customer service

We recently moved to Providence and have had all excellent experiences at this particular Lowe’s store. First, Miguel in the Paint Dept was very kind, helpful and professional. Second, when I called the store to order a gas stove, the guy in Appliances was very helpful and had no issues. It was delivered when they said it would be delivered. Third, and most importantly, I didn’t realize Lowe’s gave a 10% discount to veterans, so I signed up on line and then went back to the store to see if they would give me the discount on the stove I had purchased earlier this week. Vicki, assistant manager, said it was no problem at all. Will definitely use this store for my many projects coming up this summer. Well done Team Lowe’s on Mineral Spring Ave!

Lowe's is my go-to place as a homeowner. They always have everything I need. The app is helpful in finding exactly where things are in the store. Also, they can scan your My Lowe's card through the app at checkout and it will keep track of your purchases as well as your receipts, in case you need to do a return. The tools are top quality with brands like Craftsman and DeWalt. The lumber is priced reasonably. The outdoor/garden section is large and has plenty of plants, stones, trees, and fencing. They also have a good selection of seasonal merchandise especially at Christmas time. The workers are numerous and helpful. I would go to a Lowe's over a Home Depot any day. And most Lowe's stores are set up similar so it's easier to find what you need no matter which one you go to.

Cashier was very delightful your customer service rep not so nice left me for somebody else. Okay I will be back because I forgot my Subway tiles, and painters tape. I will order those items from Amazon thank you

I have shopped at Lowes before. I feel it's easier to find things I'm looking for because the store is well organized. There's plenty of signs telling you what's in each aisle.

Low prices. They have been renovating the store. So many items have been sold at clearance to make room for the new seasons items
