Store always looks nice and visually appealing. Staff is cold and unapproachable. Was shopping on a busy Saturday and 3 employees were sitting on counter behind register, no staff help in fitting rooms. One employee was at the front doing all the greeting and sales floor cleaning.

Nice store always out of sizes though.
And Customer service is nill and void... absolutely horrible!!! they make you feel like your bothering them.. And there always on their cell phone
