The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints

My husband and I moved into the Andalusia area relatively recently and have found everyone at this congregation to be extremely friendly and welcoming. We love being a part of this wonderful group of Christ-centered worshiping Saints.

They have wonderful and simple church services. The congregation members are kind and welcoming. The sermons or talks given are personal because members take turns teaching from the scriptures and sharing personal experience. It allowed many members to be involved in worship. It is a friendly atmosphere where you will feel welcomed immediately. The downside is the building is small so it can be tight at times but overall a great experience and anytime I'm in the area again I will worship at this church.

My experience of visiting this place wasn't so good. I was stranded in Alabama needing help and I went to this church and upon entering the church I was met Mr Dennis Ray Newton who seemingly wanted to help me after 3 months he falsely accused me of stealing a vehicle damaging property and he stole everything I owned. I definitely did not deserve that I did good work for that man and God will repay him but the congregation needs to know about this. He has done it to more people than I know about and he needs to own up and pay for the things that he has done he is not a Christian I believe he's the devil in the flesh. I pray that before he passes through this life he does get to know God a little bit. It's really sad to see one of the elderly overseers of the congregation be such a horrible for their own benefit, just trying to play the victim, it's not okay.!!!!
