Since moving to Cranston 3 years ago, Betty's has been consistently great. The food is always delicious and tastes freshly made as opposed to some other locations I've been to. Definitely a favorite for myself and anyone I've recommended it to

Everything was delicious and it was the best Lo mein I've ever had and I've had a LOT. Anytime I get Chinese, my son and I get Lo mein. Put it this way, I like to eat as healthy as possible and take in vegetables when I can but I always remove the veggies from Lo mein because I end up picking most of it out and wasting it and they can't separate the ones you want from the ones you don't. Anyhow, at Betty's, theirs comes with fresh peppers and onions and it was delicious- none of those bamboo shoot things etc. My son and I ended up splitting 2 orders because we loved it so much and were hungry for more after our 1st order AND ate every single bite of it!! That is the 1st time EVER that we've eaten all of our Lo mein WITH the veggies!!! Aaaand they offer the typical round Lo mein noodles as well as the real skinny angel hair noodles which I also love! We tried both and loved them both!! The meat was also tender and delicious and she was also able to give me a flavored scorpion bowl when I asked. I've actually been told "no, we can't do flavors" in other Chinese restaurants lol, so that was refreshing. Then, to top it off the service was friendly, prompt and accommodating in every way!! It was a great experience and we'll definitely be going back!!

Five star review among chinese restaurants around here. Hands down the BEST General Tso's chicken. Crispy, not mushy. Sauce not overly sweet.Fried rice is dark as it should be and about as good as any you can get. Dumplings are very well done. The owner Betty is very friendly and accomodating. Prices are VERY reasonable in comparison to other places. A lot of places are gouging, using the 'inflation' excuse to set prices unreasonably high. She doesn't. This will be my 'go to' and I have to drive 40 minutes to get to it. Worth it. Can't wait to try other things on the menu. If you do decide to go...make sure you save me a parking space (not too much parking)

The food that they cook, is dogs and rat food I will never eat there again nasty food only thing they have is the liquor.

Great food, friendly atmosphere and priced reasonably

Been here a few times now as it seems most local Chinese places start off great than simply just fall off- Not Betty’s! Great food and placed an order the day before New Year’s Eve, and got accommodated for New Year’s. The food was ready and waiting right at 4:30 like they promised. Definitely going to be coming here more often.

Open 10 years this quaint little American/Chinese restaurant has some of the best food I’ve ever had. No kidding. And I’ve been everywhere. Almost everywhere. Like … I’ve had Chinese in Samoa, MA, CA, PA, GA, MI, CA, LA, TX, FL, NZ, England, Holland … and Betty’s just might be my favorite.
The seating is no frills. And that’s fine. They put there attention where it counts. There’s a Nice big bar. Cheap drinks. Mai Tai’s are served in pints. And that’s nice and all. But it’s all about the food.
PuPu for 2 was Perfect. Crispy goodness. A good amount of wings. The right amount of boneless ribs. Fingers, shrimp, rangoons, rolls. All awesome! House Lomein is exactly what I want it to be. Lil shrimps be adorable! Beef and broccoli is perfect. Sticky wings are in my top 3 of ALL TIME!!! The General Tso is literally the best I’ve ever had ever ever. And the duck sauce comes in a syrup dispenser and it’s awesome.
Betty is a delight and I love her!

I was so taken back the food was off the charts as well the service. Grace was wonderful. Betty is there if you need her and does the best food ever.

Hands down the absolute best hot and sour soup in the state. I have never had a bad meal here. I love the mein fun, crab rangoons and vegetable fried rice. They make a great scorpion bowl too. Staff is great and they deliver. The only downfall is the small parking lot and little street parking.

If you don't know where to get the best Chinese cheap. Choose bettys. Highly recommend calling in your order rather then deliver, much cheaper! Trust me

This is a neat little hole in the wall that you would have no idea served AWESOME Chinese Food. The owner "Betty" is yes, Chinese and she is a charm. Everything here is made from scratch. The boneless ribs are the best I have ever had ANYWHERE. The Mei Fun puts higher end places such as Seven Moons to shame. All their food is fantastic. And she makes great drinks and Scorpion bowls too!

Met Betty at the counter and asked for some "soft food" having just had my gums cut and sewed at the dentist. I needed to take some pain meds and could not have an empty belly. I asked for bread which wasn't even on the menu and she offered me some she keeps for her own breakfast! I ordered their house special lomeine and it was a perfect fit. Friendly patrons and staff. I'll be back!

Would never expect this little place they have such good Chinese food the crab rangoon is homemade crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside

The chicken fingers are fresh white meat only with a fluffy breading in the sweet and sour sauce is delicious a little runny though I like to mix the peppers in it. They put the peppers on the side in case you don't like them.

The orange chicken is good with a bit of a spicy kick just how I like it
Beef teriyaki is tender and melts in your mouth and the boneless spare ribs are the best I've had in Rhode Island
The egg rolls are also really good I find it hard to find a place that has good egg rolls. The duck sauce is also homemade with a hint of cherry.

Overall I give this place four and a half stars it would have perfect 5 stars if the rice was rewarmable in the microwave but it gets hard even if u add water so finish your rice!

Mom&Pop Chinese Food restaurant. Good food! Even during Covid, good service, great drinks. take out, delivery, and Covid safe eat in. Tables are spread out, I've always felt safe eating there. P.s. also they have added AC for the summer!

Love the food best i had in a long time i order a lot since thay open many years a go service is the best nice people try it you will love it.

Not the best place onside and I honestly don't care for the drinks but the food is great
