I haven't been able to figure out what's wrong with my phone for a couple days. I went into the store on Navarre and Jimmy and Abel not only fixed my phone, but they did it quickly and for free. It was a simple fix but it would've took me forever!! Thank you Abel and Jimmy!! I love this store!!

I didn't catch the fellas name but he seen me in distress over my phone. Can't talk any bad cause while I was complaining he was working my phone over. Before I could finish he was finished. He fixed my problem I think I won't be worried with my phone back talking me anymore!

I stopped in to pay a friend's bill since she doesn't drive. It feels good to know people can trust me with their money. They always could and they always will.

Went into the store to get a new phone and was very satisfied!! Got a great phone and it was an easy transaction!! Thank you!!

Abel was very friendly and helpful. I called and requested a specific phone. He gave me an out the door price. When i arrived he didn't try to push any other phones on me and was fast and friendly.

Able is great. He is so nice, and so very polite. He helps us every time. He is great.

The employee that was there is very very polite super helpful and knows what they are doing!! They have awesome customer service skills as well!! The store was very clean and had hand sanitizer in several spots in the store!!

I love metro PCS... I only pay $80.00 a month for 2 phones & unlimited everything including Data I've had no problems with my service & I like that my bill is the same every month!

Staff very helpful and willing to make your visit worth your while. Has a good supply of product and plans to choose from.
