Just like their parent store in Wooster this one has incredible coffee, slappin croissants and great atmosphere. Plenty of seating and space for meetings of all kinds. Tough to find location but google maps takes you right to it. Maybe a sign out front? Love Sure House!!

This surehouse location is quieter and very cozy. Delicious coffee and a great atmosphere to meet a friend, read, or study by yourself. 💕 (The cretzels are so yummy!)

We are so excited to have a coffee shop in Orrville! Sure House offers quality "air roasted" coffee, excellent cretzels, friendly staff, and an inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend making the stop into this new location and enjoying a pour over of the "Joyful" blend. Cretzels are always worth the calories too, in case you were wondering. 😊

The Iced caramel oat milk latte is so good! House made syrups really take this place to the next level!

Always an absolute delight stepping and sitting in this place💕 feels like home, and their food and drinks are to die for. My roommate and I will buy up bushels of the everything, and the chocolate cretzels just to snack on through the day and their Lavender Earl grey latte iced? I'll buy 2 always just to savor the flavor.

Mighty fine cup of joe! Super cool atmosphere. Very relaxed and the barista was very helpful and kind. If you are in the area and looking to sit down and have some coffee and get some work done this is the spot.

My husband and I decided we wanted to hire local vendors for our wedding. We had the idea to give ground coffee as a guest favor as we are a “blended” family. I emailed Liz and she quickly returned a quote for the number of bags we would need. We contemplated making the bags ourselves, however after computing the math and finding time to devote to such a large project, it was actually cheaper for the shop to make them for us. The bags turned out great! I was happy to support a local business and take one project off my list. My husband picked the bags up a few days before our wedding so they were fresh. We added a small bow and a personalized sticker to the bags. All of our guests absolutely loved this idea. Some of our family who took extra bags home are still drinking it today. The coffee is rich and flavorful. We appreciate Liz and her staff for providing such a unique favor for our wedding.

I love Sure House. The customer service is always excellent. My last two visits have been filled with Autumn Spice Lattes and Cinnamon Cretzels. The Orrville Sure House always seems to have a good mix of people going about their work days together: talking, meeting, and internet surfing with coffee, and I like the low-key vibe that makes the Orrville Sure distinct from the Wooster Sure House.

Hands down the best local coffee house. And the baked goods? Oh my gosh. So good. I come here way too often but I can't stay away!

Coffee is always fresh. Baristas are friendly and efficient. This is our favorite local spot for exceptional coffee. Also, try their cretzels! So delicious!

Big city feel coffee shop with high quality brews and uniquely delicious baked goods. The staff is friendly and the space is comfortable for socializing or doing work.

French press Sumatran coffee was excellent. Fast service. Limited food, just a few parties, looked good. Nice minimalist decor.

This cafe shines so bright in Orville! Great selection of coffee drinks, quick friendly service. I tried the cardamom latte with a little vanilla and it was awesome!

Fantastic lattes here. One of my favorite coffee places. Great pastry items, too. You need to try one of their cretzels!!
