Good service. CLC Nitrile gloves are the worst I have ever purchased. I wish I could return them but I already used 2 pair. Two pair for one simple oil change. Tore both pair and don't recall catching them on anything. Nothing like the Ravens I've used for many years but they did not have any in XL so I took the only XLs in stock.

Today I needed quite a few things for my car. I had uncertainty and was concerned with pricing. Trevor walked me through the items I needed and even found me one that was on sale. He was friendly and professional. I also was impressed with the appearance and organization of store. The outside was clean and spacious parking. John, shared an enthusiasm about his job that was impressive. He had heard Trevor explain the different sizes of an item I needed and joined in conversation and search for best pricing. If these 2 trained all of O'Reilly's employees, it would significantly make any O'Reilly's store a great shopping experience.

Christopher Kareff has been nothing less than professional during every visit I've made to the park Avenue west store. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in every aspect. His positive attitude creates a great atmosphere at the store! With employees like him I'll continue to support O'Reilly part stores!!

I got satisfaction I was looking for, I purchased a battery for my car; it was a little too tall and wide for my battery bracket but my boyfriend managed to get it on with a little force no big deal I also love their 50/50 red antifreeze it makes my car run really well; they also have engine oil as well; corporation is really good they were able to tell me as to why they were limited on the battery choice for my car!

My wife said they were wonderful. Curious and changed her headlight for her. Had visited the location on Ashland road and had NEVER been treated as rude. Thank you on PAW for treating your customers as though they matter!

Always willing to take the time to help you with anything. The manager and assist management are two of the most amazing guys I've meant in a place like this. They went through so much getting me the parts I needed with a smile the whole time. No other part store will ever get my service again. And they do price compare which is another great thing.

I’ve dealt with Orieley’s auto parts on Park Ave for years now, and they go above and beyond to help customers. The staff is extremely pleasurable to work with.

What can I say it was conveniently located at the very spot that my vehicle had busted a radiator hose and I was able to fix it right there in the parking lot not to mention the Store clerk went the extra mile and came out and made sure that I had the right radiator hose before purchasing ...Those are the people that need to be working behind the counter Of an auto parts shop... not somebody who doesn't know a damn thing about cars !!!!

Jazz offered me excellent service today. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, diligent, and reasonable. I highly recommend them.

very good experience! Eric was very helpful.. He didn't fix the current issue I had but he tried every option he could think of! he went above and beyond what he had to do to try to help me (at auto zone they just said they couldn't help me at all when I asked about my issue)

Very friendly staff and they make it easy to shop there. They know their stuff when it comes to getting car parts or accessories.
