Love summit racing as I've used them almost exclusively for 30 years. On a work trip I was able to stop by and window shop. Took some photos of the store while I was there. Cool thing to know is they have a clearance area for returned, usable parts that are complete and serviceable. Would be awesome to live nearby and pick up something wanted or needed at a heavily discounted "demo" price. The real adult "toy store".

IF you want GOOD customer service. Elizabeth, has offer to stay on track with my order and to even call me before she leaves the office to make sure I’m aware of my package/ with understanding I’m in a hurry to get them. Let alone the sales rep, ferris, gave me good advice and reviews on his personal experience with different brands. Highly Recommend! Best pricing around IMO

I've been a customer for years and have had great success with getting questions answered, tips suggested, and parts ordering.
The staff has sways been very kind, patient, and professional. They are just spot on.
They often have clearance items in the back and great displays. It is truly eye candy 🍬 for mechanics, custom builders, and home garage monkeys.
I'm very blessed to have such a wonderful parts warehouse chock full of all sorts of custom displays and parts.

Awesome place. There's some really cool cars on display on the show room floor. Lots of available upgrades for whatever vehicle you got discount rack got to love that scratch and dent.

My father and I have been restoring a 77 K10. We have been ordering parts and I must say they have been awesome with shipping. Parts have come as soon as the next day or two at the most. Everything so far has been in stock. They will be getting a lot more of our money with this restoration lol.

Absoloutely amazing customer service, i ordered 2 separate packages, my cam kit came in a very short amount of time which i was thrilled about! my 2nd kit had 2 delayed parts, the guy on the phone was super friendly and completely understanding of my concerns and helped me to the best of his ability! i will always order from summit from here on, this has been a great experience!

Very organized, but the feel of talking to someone at the store that actually knows something about cars is not there at all. If you go online and talk to someone on the phone, then you can talk to someone experienced. The gentleman in Texas that I spoke with on the phone knew his stuff about cars and gave me great advice, but once you go to the store, it's like...did you order online and go there to pick it up. It's a little too automated at the store itself. Clean store and once again very organized! I love the shipping speeds!

DX Engineering is inside, so is a two-for-one. This trip was for DXE. Considering the sheer volume this business does, the speed and efficiency of the sale and pickup process is amazing. Touring the sales floor is also nice.

This place is insane! I live in Puerto Rico and they ship me all of my tires and large items in a matter of 2 days! Seriously, 10x better than Amazon or any other site out there.

HEADS UP FOR ANYONE PLACING AN ONLINE INTERNATIONAL / FOREIGN BILLING ORDER:
Do NOT use the "cancel order" feature on their website if you find you need to make changes to your order and plan to "simply" replace the order. Be it for quantity, a specific item, the address, whatever, call them at their number instead (see website under Contact Us tab near the top) and they will make adjustments to your order as you need. I WISH I DID. I didn't call as I thought using the "cancel order" function simply cancelled the order and no billing would go through, but Summit's billing system is different than most where they charge for goods before they get shipped out, which resulted in a billing/credit issue for me when I tried to redo my order. It's getting sorted, but I figured I'd save someone else the grief of dealing with what I had to over the past couple of days. In this their Customer Service rules, just give them the chance!

As far as their products, they do have terrific products usually in stock at any of their locations, which they do internally ship to each other (hence the immediate billing as noted above) to fulfill orders, especially if your total qualifies for free shipping. Some items may seem a bit "pricey" but with Summit we know what we're getting and would rather pay a little more, rather than chancing it and buying a part elsewhere that's cheaper and turns out to be a knock-off. It's also where we found nearly everything and exactly what we needed for an older vehicle, without having to buy from a multitude of places.

Great staff, clearance section was awesome but no returns on mark downs. The store had a great selection for small gifts for him for the holidays.
