We received the Husqvarna 320iL weed eater from Ryan and it's amazing. It was easy to assemble, lightweight but powerful, and is perfect for my son. He loves that is has minimal vibration, reverse feature, and the speed. What a great trimmer! Thank you WF Smothers Co.

I cannot speak on the service as a whole, but Ryan Adkins was at the counter when I walked in and addressed the issues with my mower. He came out and looked at something that had been busted for over a year, took it apart, and put it back together and got me running and back on my way. 10/10 for the honesty and for helping me. This sort of thing speaks volumes to me. Very appreciated and will seek this place again for any issues in the future.

Fantastic service! They even did a pick up and drop off for a small additional fee. They fixed our lawn tractor very quickly and had it back the next day! We will be going to them from here on out with all our mower repairs, could not be happier with them.

Very prompt and friendly. Contacted in the morning and they got back with me 15 minutes later. Picked my mower up that day and had it back that same week. Fair price kept their word and honest.

Technician broke away from his lunch to talk to me about issue I had with my weedwacker. He walked me right thru what the manual and Craftsman support did not tell me ( or in part which was printed incorrectly). When I was done he made sure I test ran it myself. Everything worked well. I thanked him but he would not take any money. I will go back.

I was cleaning my carburetor and dropped and lost the smallest of springs. I scoured the city for 2 days and no one had what I needed. I was then directed to WF Smithers. Not ONLY did they have the exact part I was looking for, he even took the time to disassemble a carburetor and teach me how to clean it even further! WF Smithers will now be my go-to shop

Ryan and the rest of the team has been very helpful in taking care of my snowblower. They are very courteous and professional and have delivered as promised with the repairs on my snowblower. I definitely will recommend them to others.

Excellent customer service! I had an issue with my Automower 315X not finding a GPS signal and stopped in to have the mower checked out. Even though I did not purchase the mower from W F Smithers I was warmly welcomed in and mower was fixed the same day.

When I picked it up Ryan went over what was done, and gave me a few interesting tricks that I cold use in the future if I'm experiencing issues.

Honestly I'm glad I had the issue, I've never dealt with W F Smithers before, however, after the excellent customer service I experienced I will certainly be back....I have my eye on one of the battery chainsaws ;).

Ryan was extremely helpful and made my purchase of a new Husqvarna lawn tractor incredibly smooth. Not only did they have the tractor in-stock, but I was able to purchase it right away for next-day delivery. It was great to have someone knowledgeable and personable to deal with.

This review should put him above 4 stars which is where he needs to be. To the people leaving bad reviews because he could not warranty an item for reasons listed by the manufacture please grow up. Do not shoot the messenger and good luck getting most of the other equipment repair places to take the time to file a warranty.

what a great place to have work done on my mower .they were 100% honest and fair .I gave the young lady too much money and she honesty let me know I paid her 300$ too much n alot of people would have pocket the money I appreciate that so much .and they did such a great job on my mower deck I will be coming back if anything els needs done this is a1 great shop .and there Mechanic was so helpful he took his time to explain everything he did to my mower they were all very helpful I had a great experience doing business with them thank you all very much for everything.
