Super tasty!! Fresh made sandwiches with deli meat cut fresh. And don't miss out on their side pasta salad. The jalapeno potato salad has a great kick. And plus the pickles wrapped in cream cheese and roast beef are tasty.

But the shining glory is every one of the people working there. They were smiling laughing talking with all the customers. Plus the amount of respect you can see they have for each other is amazing!!

We've ordered takeout from them forever! Our parrot (yes, you read that right) loves their chicken salad. So much, that he won't eat from anywhere else. We don't blame him, as we love it too. Photo attached shows him smashing an open faced sandwich, he weighs 1 pound and can eat it all.

Small and cozy deli, Nice place, good sandwiches, not crazy about the chilli but my husband likes it.

Everything is make at the moment, the staff is friendly.

Best Reuben, nay, perhaps best sandwiches overall in town. Super friendly staff, especially the tall guy. He’s great, super nice guy. Real cheesecake, fluffy like it’s supposed to be. The spicy chili is excellent as well, very unique. This place is a local staple in my eyes.

always a great sandwich, been going there since they opened in the early 80's. would always go there on Friday nights with my mom and dad.

We recently placed an order for a party. We received the 7ft sliced sub trays. I could not have been more pleased. The bread was soft, each slice had plenty of meat, and they were packaged up nicely for easy transport. The staff is always polite in person as well as calling in orders.

This was my first time eating here. What a great place! I had the highly recommended reuben sandwich. This was the best reuben sandwich I have ever eaten. I highly recommend this deli.

Awesome place, my first time to the Big Apple deli was in the late 90's. And I've been back dozens of times and I don't think that I've ever been disappointed.
I usually get the Reuben or Broadway with a side like crab salad or a specialty macaroni

One of the best local family owned spots in town! Staff is always upbeat and friendly , great suggestions as well. Chili is top notch ! Love the heat. You can't go wrong with any sandwich you order.

If you think subway has fresh food you NEED to try Big Apple Deli... the food is amazing all the way around

NYC native here and I had a major pregnancy craving for a deli sandwich from back home. And MAN! THIS HIT THAT CRAVING RIGHT ON THE HEAD🥰 They even had the giant Pickles! Forget subway, this is my new favorite sandwich shop

Start to finish, AMAZING! The young ladies behind the counter were VERY friendly and took the time to explain different products!
This was our first time here (we are from Michigan) and will DEFINITELY be back!
I would recommend the Rueben, HOLY BATMAN....SO much meat and SO yummy!

This place is awesome for a quick lunch or dinner but with high quality food. The Reuben is my go to sandwich, but anything you pick will delight your taste buds. The peanut butter pie is amazing as well.

I'm an east sider born and raised and somehow this gem flew under my radar until recently. But then I heard they had the best pastrami in the city. To which I immediately said... "in this city??? Is pastrami something we're known for???" But then that was followed immediately with "I do love pastrami. :-)"
And they deliver. Both on the expectation and legit delivery. They cater. :-)
Excellent selection of all your classic deli foods. All the meats and salads and cheese and pickles you expect from a good deli.
I've had worse.
Oooh, and, deviled eggs. :-D yeah!
Not cheap. But not expensive either. I'd say... competitively priced.
