I used Frogtown Roofing recently to install a new, shingle roof on my house and pole building. Eric (sales rep) was a great guy to deal with and is very personable and professional. I also felt he was honest. Juan, project crew chief, is very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Juan and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish. The team work hard to a high quality standard and take great care to tidy up the site after completion. Very highly recommended.

Communication was fast and efficient and the crew was detail oriented. Although their quote didn't come in the lowest, their professionalism, from the owner, J.P., to the salesman, Frank Knapik, to the set up team, and roofers, to the cleanup and magnetic walk around the workplace, for nails, etc. was excellent.
You get what you pay for, and we are thrilled with the finished roof, and eaves!.
Their job foreman was informative, and kept us up to date on their progress, throughout.
He was great as well! They also protected windows and our landscape flowers and plants from damage, with boards and tarps
We made the RIGHT CHOICE in FROGTOWN, and will defnitely recommend them to friends and family.
They even had a computer program that took a past photo of the front of our home, and allow us to "try on" the different colors and patterns of shingles. We saw the finished look before we ordered.
We'd give them 10 stars if we could, but they only offer O-5, so 5 it is.

Frogtown and Andre were great to work with. Roof came out beautifully. Installation went smoothly with very minimal mess. Inspections were made by Certainteed and Frogtown. Whole experience was great.

I have used Frogtown roofing several times and never been disappointed. Anytime I have called the office, I get someone on the phone or a call back within an hour. I typically reach out to three companies for quotes. Other companies are difficult to get a hold of.
The most recent jobs form Frogtown included re-roofing my parents out building, installing exhaust vents and a roof repair. The tear-off/re-roof was to replace old shingles. In all cases I was offered flexibility to meet my schedule. The timing expectations were stated and met. The re-roof work still looks great after a few years, no nails laying around after they were done. The roof repair on my home was to fix work that was originally done by another company seven years earlier. I was offered options to patch the roof. Replacing the shingles with extras I had form the original job or patching in place. I opted to use the existing shingles, this was on the front of the house and would stick out. Checking the patch during/after a heavy rain showed no leaks. The vents were bathroom vents that were just left in the attic. Frogtown piped the vents so they were no longer dumping into the attic.
I recommend Frogtown and will use them for any future roofing work.

Professionalism is an urgent need for me as a homeowner these days for everyone who cares about details, answering questions, accuracy of work, follow-up, and ensuring that the work is completed correctly. All members of the staff, starting with Eric, Jennifer, and Lepo, with their team, were dedicated, cooperative, and keen to satisfy their customer this was their goal. I am happy with the deal with them and I recommend them to everyone.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Andre and Richie came out to address a problem that I’ve been having ever since the initial installation. Other companies would have said too much time has gone by. They stand by their work and go above and beyond to make things right. I can’t thank FrogTown,Richie and Andre enough. Frogtown is a great roofing company. They are responsive, able to diagnose difficult roof leaks, and can perform the repair quickly at a fair price. I wouldn't consider using anyone else.

Andre’ delivered everything he promised! Great suggestions for our roof color and all the other details. The crew showed up at 7:00 am sharp and completed the job by 8:00 pm that evening. Never met a nicer group of guys and such hard workers! Cleaned up like they were never here! Highly recommend Frogtown Roofing!
