I have seen a lot of great stylists at Ulta Salon but - SKYLER? let me tell you. This girl is the best. Beyond the best. She is so attentive, takes her time and you can tell she enjoys what she does. Truly making every appointment an experience. I have never been more in love with my hair and the stylist who takes care of it for me 🩷 every one go to her - but don't take up all the appointments so I can still get in 😂

I wanted to surprise my best friend, wanted her to wake up and go pick up a few things: As a gift from me. Ordering online and picking up in store, at this location was a hands down success!! Thank You to Leah and Kim! Item was available in store and not showing online, Leah walked me through it, Kim finished the job! Being a thousand miles away from her made me feel close! The assignment was a success I shall say! Thank You Again Ladies!! Quick Easy & Happy!!

Very nice location, great experience, nice staff, and its the largest Ulta I have ever been to.

Got some good stuff here. Body butters, hair oil and lip gloss. The body butter smells really nice too.

Cleaning is great! I Believe they were short-steps cuz I had to go up to the register and ask for a person on the floor. Waited about 5 minutes or so and no one showed up. So just paid for what I had and left

Everyone is very helpful here but wanted to express how much Mariam has helped me with different purchases I have made over time. She's helpful and is able to answer any questions, makes sure your comfortable leaving with your products and bought what you came in for. Love coming in and it being an easy trip with her help!

I just left Ulta. It was so nice to drive on my lunch break from downtown Toledo, walk in, ask for what I needed. The two young ladies provided me with exceptional customer service while trying on face powder since we went through several shades and finally nailed it. Check out was quick. Made it back to work within an hour. I will shop here from now on.

I had a great experience getting my brows waxed and tinted today. Delinetta was just lovely. She’s an expert at her craft.

Whenever I go to Ulta, they always have exactly what I want/need and have some of the best customer service I’ve seen at a makeup store. The workers are always so pleasant, kind, polite, and extremely helpful. I can ask any question about any product to any of the workers and they would all give me a thorough, correct answer. They have never let me down with availability and customer service, and better yet, I always find something new that I fall in love with. I have been going for years and will continue to go for a very long time.

Writing review from visit today with my fiancee. When she asked what she wanted at display for Morphe, the salesperson said "if we have it it w I understand be out" and when asked if it can be ordered the salesperson said no with zero customer skills. Ready to leave and send a nasty review about the worse Ulta around (we were visiting Toledo and have gone to Ulta's across the country with generally good and often fabulous service). St this point, luckily, Miriam the store manager was paying attention. She told the sales person to go to lunch (she might ask herself if she should go get new job elsewhere) and took over saving the day and Ulta's reputation in Toledo. Miriam found things my fiancee needed and arranged (on our ride home to Virginia) for us to stop for the item not in stock (BTW it also could have been shipped). C Suite take note of your top notch manager and give her a reward.

Kelly was fantastic!!! My hair looks so great! She did a Balayage highlight and layers and bangs and I feel amazing. She took her time and really made me feel like I was a priority. The rest of the staff was so nice, helping me with my eyeliner and coming over to talk or help find product. Usually whenever I shop at Ulta I feel like an outcast, nobody greets me or helps me, but yesterday I felt very welcome at this location. I've been shopping Ulta for years and never really found one I liked the customer service until now. While I live in Toledo, I will definitely be back to see Kelly for all my hair needs and more. Thanks again.

Just had my hair done by Lindsay M. yesterday. Cut, color with highlights. I love it! Lindsay M. had previously given me a blowout and we discussed some color issues I was having. Will definitely be going back. She's helping me with a game plan to get my color correct. Helped me shop for the products I'll need to maintain it and help it last longer. Just a really cool chick over all who is great with hair! Thank you so much Lindsay M.!

First time cutting my hair there!!!! BUT I had the best experience in the salon with the salon manager Miss Kellie. She is soo good and knows what she is doing!!! I got the best makeover haircut and bangs trimmed,she blew dry my thick curly hair in like no time. She is AMAZING. Thank you so much Kellie. I will sure see you again😁and recommend you for all my friends.
