Dale's Goodyear Services Center

I’m extremely thankful for the staff at Dale’s Service Center. I was driving on the highway during a rainstorm two hours away from home when the wiper blade I recently installed malfunctioned. Both of my wipers completely stopped working at the same time and thankfully I was able to pull off and take the nearest exit. Not knowing the area, I googled the closest car shop which led me to Dales. Right off the bat, the gentleman working the front desk was super friendly and charismatic. He asked one of the workers in the back of the shop to pretty much stop whatever they were doing to help me out and get me on my way. Yes, a wiper blade may have been a simple repair but the staff was more than happy to help me out during my time of distress. I don’t live anywhere near the shop but if I ever find myself passing through the area, I am going to make an effort to get my next service done here.

I dealt with Steve Running the front counter . He was polite knowledgeable and gave me good advice for my next set of Tires. I took my truck in because the passenger side back tire had gone flat Steve told me that he couldn't patch it because it was a hole in the sidewall of the tire. They put a used tire on my truck that was the same style As my other 3. They only charged me 50 bucks to do This. My experience is that most other companies would try to charge me over $600 to replace all 4 tires. Steve gave me an economical solution for my problem and in so doing has earned my Repeat business.

Couldn't get our hood closed and we were on a road trip. Fixed our hood latch and send us on our way in 5 minutes. Thank you for your kindness!

I recently purchased a lock gas cap. Yesterday, I ran into an issue - the lock cap would not unscrew.
I went to Dale's - they were able to get the cap removed in a matter of seconds.
I will definitely be a customer from here going forward.

The service was super friendly, quick, and very reasonably priced. They turned a bad morning starting with a nail in our tire into a good day. Thank you!!

I have always had a positive experience with Dale's for services. They have always been helpful and explained everything. They have never went above their quote and have even told me in advance when they couldn't do a repair in a timely fashion.

Been going to Dale's in Tipp for over 4 years now. Staff is honest and courteous. Prices are very fair compared to other shops in market. They do a thorough job of inspecting my vehicles even when there for a routine oil change. While they keep me informed of possible issues they don't get overzealous to charge me for extra services. Very pleased

Been taking our vehicles to Dale's ever since we moved to the area in 2013. They are always courteous and professional, personable if you're a regular and they get to know you. We never have to wonder or worry if the job was done right. They are trustworthy and reasonably priced. I highly recommend!!

Had a flat on our rv on I75. Lucky for us we found this place at the very next exit!!! Prompt friendly service from all employees. Fair prices, too. Back on the road in no time. Thank you so much, Dale's, for saving our vacation!!

Good tires and installation, reasonably priced.

I've been taking my cars here for years and they have been consistent in there great service. They do a good job and I appreciate I can trust them.

In and out 4 oil chg on wife's Rav 4. Only $19.99

Rental car needed tire replaced and only place Enterprise could find one for it was up in Tipp City. They got us right in and was done shortly. They offer waiting customers free coffee and popcorn.

Very satisfied as was now and in the past visit.

This is the best auto repair place I've ever been to. The prices are fair, and the workers are kind. You can feel confident knowing that they aren't going to rip you off or try to convince you to fix things that don't need fixing.

Great service, they were very friendly and got my tire changed and back on the road.

WOW!! I can’t believe the previous “NEGATIVE” comment concerning Dale's Automotive Service Center! I have had absolutely excellent service!!

I’ve lived in Tipp City, Ohio for over 15 years. My several experiences with Dale's have always been outstanding! I find friendly courteous personnel and especially the best prices!

In fact, I found the best prices after checking with several other local tire competitors! Dales beats the dealerships and other tire companies.

I now live in Vandalia, Ohio and once again I check around when I need anything for my Honda Accord. Somehow Dales surpasses ALL local competitors. Therefore, I still turn to Dales, as needed!

In my opinion, the previous negative comment was placed by a person drunk, a competitor or just plain stupid person!! I really suggest that person get a life!

One last thing … I DO NOT WORK OR HAVE ANY AFFILATION WITH DALES!
