I live in Wauseon and i had a 2 day nuclear thyroid testing. I decided to get a hotel close to the radiology and testing @ the Toledo Clinic. I was quite impressed when I walked! Very Clean, Smelled super clean probably bc of the pool. I did realize it was located off the lobby, which i liked that I didn't have to go thru a maze to find It. I do like the smell of chlorine, makes things smell like they are sanitized. Everyone was very attentive, nice and professional. Received a txt after check in to let know if i needed anything and to dl the app. I really liked the txt also, felt personal. My room! WOW, smelled very newly remodeled, love that smell also. When I left my room I got lightly touched by a very pleasant fragrance. I did take a look at the breakfast and was a typical continental breakfast. I got what I was expecting and I enjoy that. Had a cup of OJ and coffee and both tasted satisfactory. The only thing I noticed was the toilet paper holder fixture was not installed properly & another 2 towel holder fixtures that were off center and not that stable but enough to hold towel. Also would of like to have more outlets/power strip on the nightstands. My lil issues did not deter me away from giving them a 5 star rating for a 10 star experience!!!!!!! OH & the PRICE!!!! Affordable, a lot of bang for ya buck ;) The amt i paid for the room is the same amt I would of spent on 3 roundtrips from Wauseon

First off I would like to say that the staff was very helpful, courteous, and professional especially Ms Charlene and Mrs Tiara. Shoutout 2 Miss Charlene who made breakfast and had the eating room spotless! She made sure we had everything we needed and more! She went out of her way and made us waffles eggs and toast and also made sure everything was fresh! Thank you ms. Charlene!! Also shout out to Miss Tiara who was very professional and made our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible! She made sure we had everything we needed when we checked in and she went above and beyond with service! Other hotels around town should take notes because these people definitely set the standards for professionalism!! See you guys soon😎 definitely Jimmy Hillside Sr.

Had an enjoyable stay and experience. All the staff were extremely helpful that we were in contact with. Missy at the front desk was extremely helpful and customer oriented. Also Bee in the dining area was extremely courteous and helpful. Also she keeps a CLEAN and well stocked dining area.

Great breakfast!! Mrs. Bee's breakfast was simply delicious and delightful. The variety, freshness, and attentive service made it a fantastic start to the day. Highly recommended!

Pool was closed and ice maker not working, however Mrs Bee gave excellent service for breakfast! She was warm and friendly. Great breakfast, clean rooms, lovely stay.

Wonderful location and was close to shopping, Applebees (yea!), and the highway. The room was nicely renovated and very comfortable. Nice outdoor smoking area with clean chairs and table. It even had a citronella candle!

This hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good! Mrs Bee was the highlight of our stay. Her energy and hard work made our morning. Would recommend staying here.

Very welcoming staff when we arrived. Very friendly and helped us quickly. Rooms were clean and well set up. Breakfast was great! Waffles, cereal, eggs, pasties, oatmeal and more. Ms Bee was fantastic, helped us with breakfast and made sure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful hotel. Stopped here for the night on our way home in Michigan from North Carolina.
The lobby is 24hr which is nice. Sadly the hot tub and pool weren't working while we were there so I can't say anything about those.
We were there the night of January 01, 2023 until morning of January 02, 2023.

Wonderfully clean facility and a super helpful staff. We're grateful for Missy's playfulness at the front desk during our check in. In the morning, Mrs. Bee took incredible care of us at breakfast. She was delightful!

MRS. BEE was absolutely amazing!!! She filled plates of food for my kiddos in the morning and even put them on a tray and wrapped the plates in foil for me so that I could carry it easily to my room. The room was clean and our family enjoyed the TV channels they had. Also, there is an applebees in the same parking lot and as a hotel guest you get 10% off your bill. It was perfect for us!

My stay has been great. Staff members Jeanie, Missy, Ms. Bee and her assistant, Tiara, Ms. Toya (housekeeping), and Randy (maintenance person), have been outstanding. They have treated me and my daughter like royalty. It is a great place to stay. However, there is one staff member that is not good for business. Her name is Sarah and she is the assistant manager. Her customer service skills are horrible. She does not know how to speak to people. When she does speak, it comes off very phony and discriminating. She does not relay information to her general manager. There have been at least two occasions with me that she has not relayed information to her manager. The manager inquires of me and I tell her I have talked to Sarah. The manager was surprised because she didn't know. I would suggest that more training in customer diversity be done for Sarah.

Grabbed a room while I was working nights. Mrs Bee would greet us every morning. The breakfast is really good, and she keeps the dining area very clean.

So we call each motel directly when looking for a room. Well Jeannie over the phone was the most polite person of the day. Took care of our needs booked our room. Next day she checked us in and again was great. Great location for eats, shopping. Renovation was going on and did not interfere with our stay. Check out after one of better breakfast I had at a motel was great thanks to Bee. Just a great stay.

My two-night stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Maumee was a great experience. The whole facility was clean and well kept. My room was immaculate and contained all the conveniences needed to make my stay a pleasure.

I appreciated the coffee, hot chocolate, tea and cookie station in the lobby when I returned from a long day at the hospital.

All of the staff members were gracious and friendly. I would like to especially recognize the Assistant General Manager Sarah. She was so kind about my reason for being in Toledo and always offered an encouraging word and a smile.

Mrs. Bee prepares and organizes an outstanding breakfast. I loved her warmth and dedication to perfection. What a delightful ambassador for the hotel!

If I return to Toledo at any point, I will definitely stay in this wonderful establishment.
