Competitive pricing. They make really good trail bologna and sticks. Quick turn around. We dropped off on November 28th and our pick up date is December 5th. They are not currently accepting new customers as of November 2023.

Love the smokies! Took my deer in last week, 7 days later I picked it up. The young man I talked to was very friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I definitely am recommending them to people in my area since Hoffman's isn't processing deer this year.

Traditional Amish meat processing. Reliable and have some of the best prices. I took 2 deer in and it was ready a week later. I got smokies, bologna, and summer sausage. Summer sausage is probably the best deer snack style meat I’ve had.

I was a little bummed that I didn’t get any whole meat (no tenderloins or anything) from my two deer and they also doubled my order of smokies. I think it was mostly a miscommunication and the lack of whole meat was probably due to some of the meat being bloodshot.

I would just recommend being very specific if you want certain cuts from your deer when you drop it off. Other than that they do great work and their snack style meat is amazing!

My buddy told me about this fantastic place,, he also had some deer sticks and trail bologna, he let me sample his that he got from Bylers, needless to say, but I fell in love with the venison, so I took my deer there and this little fella met me at the lower garage door and took care of me like a professional. Returned 7 days later to pick up my very fair priced goodies. So good!!! And yes they are definitely friendly and kind and professional, Good job Bylers!! I’ll be back

Byler's Deer Processing is the best. We've been having deer processed with them for over 10 years. They are courteous and have the best prices for processing. We love to get their meat sticks and summer sausage. Always worth the little drive to have our deer processed there.

Great deer processing, we been taking our deer there for years. VERY CLEAN facility, fast service, very fair prices. Great deer baloney too, just got 25 pounds made . They are honest and friendly.

Always good and friendly service. Short processing times, typically a week or less even during gun season. Smokies and Bologna are great, we always get them with added american cheese. Been using Byler's for 2 years so far and very happy with them.

***Only negative is that no vacuum packaging is offered***

Dropped off my deer on Monday morning, it was ready Friday. Processing was $90.
