Voss Honda Service

My Pilot had an issue while driving through Dayton and I went to Voss Honda. They checked out the lights and checked the car and took it for a test drive and explained exactly what was wrong and assured me that I could continue on my trip and take care of my issues at my local Honda. So honest and so willing to help. They could have totally taken advantage of the situation, but didn’t. I highly recommend Voss Honda and a shoutout to Randy! Thank you!

I was about 50m miles into a 200 mile drive when something on the bottom of my car began tapping whenever I went over 45 mph. Nick McPeeks took one look, knew I needed help and Colten agreed to fix the loose heat shield. I'm not from the area and it was 4:30! You guys rock! And a VERY reasonable cost too.

Most recently, Randy and Nick were a real pleasure to work with as our service advisors and Seth kicked it into high gear to get our truck done with our urgent need yesterday! Randy and Nick were both exemplary in explaining and providing service at our recent visits. Both of our Hondas had recall/ warranty extension work performed, we were seen promptly, and repairs completed accurately. Hats off to Voss Honda Tipp City.

I'm normally not a big fan of dealerships in general, but I have been bringing my Civic here for service since I bought it from them 8 years ago and will continue to do so as long as I own the car, despite taking my other vehicles to an independent shop just up the road.
The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The prices are fair and they frequently provide coupons. The service is quick and I trust the quality.
My only complaint is the waiting room tv is too loud, especially if you're there early in the morning. I always bring headphones.

I bought my car here but I don't typically take it to dealerships for servicing. I got a good coupon in the mail so I decided to give it a try. An oil change and a tire rotation was done in less than a half an hour. My coupon was honored with no issues and they did not try to upcharge me on anything. They even threw it through the carwash! 10/10 would service here again!

They make everything so easy. So friendly and honest. I waited for my car, it didn't take long.

Have been going to Honda of Tipp City for 20 years. Have never had a bad experience. Always get what i'm promised or better. Great Dealership to purchase from as well as have maintenance performed.....
