5 out 5 . The only complaint is on the portion of the side of Mac and Cheese which was delicious. Subs were made to order and we're made correctly , which is appreciated! People behind the counter were friendly and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. For 2 8 inch Subs and a side of Mac it was $23 . Order to the app which was user-friendly, only complaint there is you can't substitute meats on the subs. I would recommend only turning right off Navarre to get into the parking lot .

The food is delicious, reasonably priced, great rewards on the app. The employees always greet with a hello and welcome and work very hard. Fantastic place!

One of my all time favorite restaurants, the subs alongside the Hawaiian pork bun are phenomenal.

Came in for lunch staff was friendly and quick to get us our food everything was delicious and couldn't ask for much more

Went to Firehouse Subs Navarre Ave today for lunch and it was a great choice. The employees were friendly. Located in Oregon, Ohio.

I always have to hunt down a shop where ever I go. Good food and a great reason to get subs.

This location never seems to be busy when we stop, and they are always friendly and quick.

I dont understand why places like this have no tip jar for their customers to show the employees that they notice this hustle and hard work, and its very much appreciated. (I don't want a tip line added to my receipt, that makes me feel obligated to tip, I want a jar on the counter, that's well visible, so when I notice their hustle, and I am leaving happy with my food, they can see that I am giving back for that hard work😉)

But be sure to donate to firefighters, and buy a pickle bucket too😉🙄

Meatball sub-one of the best we ever had, meatballs tasty and moist, bread was nice and crunchy. I had the firehouse pair, so much meat on sandwich was outstanding.
Will definitely be back, wish there was one in Port Clinton or Sandusky *****

This is my first time ordering. I ordered via Uber Eats and got it delivered. The sandwich was alright, it wasn’t the greatest. And also it very pricy for just a sub. It won’t be my go to. Thanks you for The sub Firehouse Sub. I even called the store and asked for my drink to be light ice because sometimes they fill it full of ice and they did a good job following my instructions I really appreciate that. I still give it a 5 star. My opinion, thanks again 😊

Food after she is always on point, always hot, and delicious. The older has to be one of the most friendly people I know. Every experience at this location has been awesome.

Oh my goodness!!!!! That was the best sub I ever had! I ordered the 12 in Steak and Mozzarella and was not disappointed. The whole sandwhich just melted in my mouth and was so delicious. I am definitely going back. Also, the cashier came over to my table to see how I was doing and she had a terrific smile on her face! Highly highly recommend this place.

The staff was really accommodating of our large catering order. They did a great job of getting it ready quick.
