Musser's All in One Tire and Auto Center

I have been bringing my two vehicles to Musser's All in One for just over a year now, due to a recommendation from a friend. I have to say it has turned out to be one of the best recommendations I have ever received. In over 50 years of obtaining auto services from many different places in the Dayton Metropolitan area, including Tipp City, Musser's is by far the best I have ever dealt with. I have had my vehicles in for various work, mostly preventative in nature at least 5 or more times. Every time I go, I continue to be impressed with every aspect of the visit. From the very sincere and warm greeting I receive the second I walk in the door, all through the service and the check out process. Since I have waited in their waiting room for the work to be done, I have had the opportunity to observe first hand how they treat all the other customers that come in as well. Each and every time, I cannot get over what great customer service they give to each person/s. Having dealt with customer service most of my working career, I can say I have a lot of credibility to know great customer service when I see or hear it in action. They are always easy to work with, schedule appointments and get each job done with excellence. They seem to be very honest in everything they do and say, and that is a major plus in my vast experience of dealing with auto repair shops over the years. I greatly appreciate the diversity of services they offer, as they live up to their name of "All in One". I cannot recommend them enough. Very clean and state of the art service center with a staff of employees who are all great to work with. (Andrew Kavcsak wrote this, as I am usually the person to bring our vehicles in) . As a P.S. I have also observed how well they treat as well as deal with female customers. Which I feel is a real plus.

I had such a great experience here. I bought 4 new tires for my ‘21 Dodge Durango R/T over the phone after I blew a tire in the middle of the night on 70 going to work. Austin was so knowledgeable and helped me to understand which tire would be a better fit for my driving needs. After placing the tires on, another gentleman talked to me about the upgraded pads and rotors. I knew I needed them but after talking to him, about the drilled rotors that provides a better stopping distance. It was an investment but again, a better choice for my driving habits. As a women, I felt confident taking my car here and will continue to bring my car back because of the customer service, knowledge and experience that I had.

So appreciative of the awesome service I just received at Musser's. I arrived at opening hours needing my battery replaced, my old one was quite dead and I had to get it jumped everytime before I drove it. Even though they had lots of cars ahead of me, Braden prioritized my car, and professionally addressed the situation, and within as half an hour, my car was ready to go. The service manager was very professional and caring as he worked me in first thing. I initially offered to leave my car and walk home to wait. However, right away he told me that he would work me in right away. Musser's understood how certain issues had to be prioritized, and because of this, of course my satisfaction was immense.

Took some freshly powder coated 1974 vw westfalia rims in for some new tires. They had great a price for 4 new tires and took great care of the fresh powder coated rims. Not a single mark. Great service.

Shocked they only have 4.5 stars. Been coming here for all my oil changes and random vehicle issues for the last 4 years. Best customer service of any business. I've never felt overcharged, they always call and go over the cost breakdown before performing the work.

We had a flat tire 10 minutes to there closing time. They stay open an extra 45 minutes to do the tire repair. That got us on our way. Very happy with their service.

Musser’s has always been FANTASTIC with servicing our cars! They get the cars in, get the diagnostics done, and, upon estimate approval, get the cars fixed and back in your possession again! It's no wonder that they have cars lining the street to get in!

UPDATE: Most recent visit was for a bigger job (brakes). These guys are professional, helpful, and fair!

3-year update: These guys fix my old Hondas and make it look easy. They pay attention to my issues and get my vehicles back in running order with friendly service. The best!

We came in with the tire. They knew that we were trying to get it back on the car because the car was sitting in the middle of the road. They were super fast and super nice

They know their customers by name once you have came once or twice and not by looking at a screen. I walked in without calling and they immediately Knew who I was by Name. Mr. Jones what can I do for you even though he called me by my first name. Which I didn’t mind because it let me know that he actually remembered me and appreciated my business. He remembered the two or three cars I’d brought in off the top of his head and He (Sam) deals people constantly as do the rest of the staff. Who are great as well. Came in for an oil change in my mini. The guys got it done quickly even though i had no appointment. When i got my car back i noticed it was making a funny sound so i informed the tech. He took my car back in and had the techs look it over. turns out the new oil dislodged some old sludge inside the engine that they caught in the oil filter after cleaning and replacing the filter a few times. Cars running better than ever now. Not their fault at all but was very impressed with their professionalism, friendly attitude, and very good service. The tech was knowledgeable and informed me of steps to take in the future. Ill recommend this shop to everyone i know.

Very reasonable and efficient. Took my car in for an oil change. They pointed out some issues that I have or will have. Absolutely no pressure to get the work done...Just making me aware. They are very trustworthy.

Hard to find honest mechanics these days, but they do exist here!! Love these guys!!

Very knowledgeable and professional Staff, They took care of my problem and didn't push any extra issues on me. I have a lifted 4 wheel drive truck which is hard to find anyone to work on, Needless to say they have the right tools for any special need, I would definitely suggest this business to anyone. They have repaired my vehicle twice now, And I'm very confident to say they will have my business in the future
