Firestone Complete Auto Care

On my way home to Tennessee from Michigan this past Sunday, I got a flat tire. I was able to get to your facility on a spare , but needed a new tire.
I pulled up without an appointment Or even calling first...I was alone and very nervous. The kind gentleman behind the counter had my car pulled back within minutes and I had a new tire in less than an hour. Great service. Fast service.

Ian was such a pleasure to work with. He had great customer service from the time I walked in to the time I left out—with everyone including other walking customers & answering the phone —all with a positive attitude! He was very knowledgeable & efficient! Highly recommended! 5 stars for a 5 star guy!

The entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional at drop off and pick up! They were very busy, but still took time to answer my questions and help my daughter understand what was going on since I am trying to teach her responsibility. I will definitely be bringing all of my vehicles there from now on.

Had a random flat about 10 minutes away, called the store Ian answered and within minutes had a tow truck ready to go and his tech Logan had the tire on within 20 minutes...I was on my way quick and painlessly...the Holland location refuse to help and a Mr. Perkins was extremely rude...if you ever need a quick fix and awesome customer service I highly recommend Ian and his team at the Byrnes rd location

Wonderful experience!
I called and explained that I was having trouble filling my front tires with air to Mr. Perkins. He advised I stop by so he could assist.
When I arrived, Mr. Perkins was patient with my requests. I have hearing difficulties which can cause trouble understanding people with the background noise of a working garage. Mr. Perkins was polite and repeated himself while making eye contact so I could read his lips.
Mr. Perkins identified the tires were not allowing air due to an aftermarket valve stem cap washer lodged in the valve stem opening. He removed the lodged part and brought all my tires to the correct pressure.
This was an easy fix but even simple interactions are often challenging when your disability may not be readily apparent.

Ian and Ashton were fantastic and so helpful when I realized another shop had put on my tires wrong.

Hit a pot hole on my way into Toledo and bent my rim and damaged the tire. While they did not have my exact tire in stock they did have it mounted and placed back on my car within an hour of it arriving the following day. Great service

Had an engine misfire on Friday evening, brought the car in Saturday morning hoping to have it back Monday for work (figuring a Saturday with no appointment, same day return would be tall ask). They diagnosed and had it back before Saturday closing. Mr. Perkins was extremely clear and very professional explaining EXACTLY not only the issue I came in with but additional things to look out for and start planning to care for in the future. That was 3 weeks ago and car is running beyond smooth and well today. Great job to the Firestone team! New to the neighborhood and have been looking for a place to take my routine business. Think I may have found it with Firestone!

needed my brakes and rotors replaced. Eric was very pleasant and made me feel like I was a long time customer even though it was my first time here. He tacked on some additional services AND additional discounts and still saved me a few hundred dollars compared to at Hyundai

Eric P was so helpful and generous and respectful. They treat customers very well and respectful and do wonderful work. I went in on March 15th, 2023 because I hit a curb on the way home and it caused a bubble on my sidewall. I drove to Firestone and they checked it out and said I definitely needed a new tire. I was getting ready to go to Raligh NC that Friday the 17th, 2023 to see my son and they took care of me right then and there and put a new tire on me.
