Applebee's Grill + Bar

My wife and I went there for my birthday and had the Cajun salmon and Chicken quesadillas. They were both delicious. We were waited on by Kareem and he was very professional, courteous and pleasant to have as my server.

Great food. Awesome server. Husband and I both had perfect margaritas. All our food was delicious.

servers are very friendly, very educated on their own menus and when they aren't they always help figure things out! very accommodating:) love their half priced apps

Visited your Alexis Rd location on 11/6. My server was Careem B. Very pleasant and courteous. Give him a 10 plus plus. Ask for Careem on your next visit to Applebees you won’t be disappointed.

The bartenders Excellent, very good customer service.

As always Applebee's pickles and delights my food pallet. I am a foodie and I enjoy trying new things oh, but when I go to Applebees I like to get the same thing LOL. Thank you so much for the delightful service and wonderful food. Highly recommended

A great place to go. Although there was a wait due to peak time, the staff did what they could to get us seated. Excellent service and our dinner was great. One of our favorite places close to home. An amazing place to relax and have a bite and a drink.

Great food as always. Cheap Margaritas on Sunday.

Food was good service fast no fault of restaurant did get loud a few times

Chicken sandwich and chicken penne was delicious. The spinich dip was better than we've had from an upscale restaurant.

Waiters were all super nice and was able to easily accommodate our group of 8. If your party's are 10 or bigger they really appreciate a 24 hour notice.

They've been very busy lately and still somewhat short staffed. Although my food was fine there were several complaints from other people's tables about incorrect food items and or the way they were cooked.

It was the waitress 1st day she did very good. I appreciate that when asking another waitress about how short staffed every business is she told me that they were short on cooks and that the manager was back there helping to make sure everyone got their meals. I honestly didn't notice any wait time and appreciate the hard work of the staff to work as a team and took great care of the customers. Kudos to the people who have work ethics and show up and did their job plus some. You are appreciated

Had girls night with my daughter. Zak was our server and the food was incredible. If I had to throw any negativity towards our experience was when we arrived there were at least five or six employees that I spotted. A bartender with no customers at her bar, two servers sitting at a table talking, a young girl sweeping up and cleaning and an older lady doing some heavy cleaning. A server I saw waiting on her tables finally stopped to greet us at the door where we have been standing for at least 10 minutes. She told us somebody would be right with us and then eventually ended up seating us herself because nobody did so. Then we finally sat down and she told us that our server would be right with us. Well..... we ended up sitting at least another 10 minutes without even being greeted. When our server did arrive he apologized said he felt bad Etc and I believed him. It's obvious that they are completely understaffed and I know the world is the way it is right now and everybody wants to sit at home so I guess they did the best with what they had. I ordered soup and said I wanted it before my dinner and I never got it so I told another server to tell our server to take it off. Like I said I tipped very well and the food was good but this is a prime example of how understaffed every restaurant is it's very sad. I hope they get some more help soon. Oh...shout out to the manager who was the one cooking because she actually knows what medium rare is!

Great customer service great food. They actually made my steak right. The manager seemed a bit uptight, but our waitress was amazing. She waited for the kids deserts till the end . all our food came out at once and eating temperature. she kept the refills coming while staying busy at the bar. All together I'm impressed.
