Penn Station East Coast Subs

Stopped in for dinner around 8:45/9pm on Wednesday March 27th! Although they were pretty busy and the customers in front of us were pretty rude to the workers, The two young ladies (Aubrey and Mackenzie i believe they said when i asked) working held their composure and stress perfectly! I got one Regular size sub and the food was amazing and not rushed at all for how busy they were and was still very fresh and hot! Customer service was amazing and both girls were extremely nice and friendly :) 10/10 experience and will definitely be back !

My cheesesteak was really good. There was plenty of meat and lots of toppings. The fries were cooked just the right amount time and had the correct amount of salt. The workers were friendly and quickly and accurately prepared my order.

I had the best service I have ever had at any Penn Station. They were very nice and patient with me and my son. Answered all his inquisitive questions he had. It was a great experience. And when we got home and ate the food, it was as to how we ordered correct everything. Good job guys who worked on 4/18/2022 around 7.

Excellent food. Very friendly customer service and when you're regular they call you by your name. I love the fresh cut french fries and they always make my order how I ordered it and it's always fresh too. Breads are always fresh and I really love the lemonade with fresh cut lemons in it I just think it needs a little more sugar or more fresh squeezed lemons added to it. Will always go here for my subs from now on and I really love the rewards program that they have and the points add up really quick.

It's like a better Subway. I love the bread and I'm enjoying making my way through the menu. I haven't had a sub I didn't like you. The chicken parm and steak and cheese are my favorites so far. The manager is hilarious and had me laughing a couple times.

I love the Italian sub and the fries are always a must.

This is the best Penn Station store in the area. When compared to other locations, such as the one on Monroe St or the one off Airport Hwy, this location succeeds expectations in multiple ways:
As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted by friendly smiling faces. It is true when they say service is half the experience. The gentleman on the grill & register really knew the menu and proper customer service. He was friendly, fast, and gave recommendations/ suggestions when promoted. As far as the Penn Station brand him, and the other employees, represented it truly well. I was astonished how clean the store was at a lunch prime time and even during the rush it remained clean. The employees handled the rush very efficiently remaining calm and still friendly. I was asked for any additional condiments before receiving my food and was grateful how nice the young woman was. At other locations asking for ketchup or malt vinegar packets is almost an inconvenience to the employees. I must say we were very impressed and will be back again.

There always on point ..food always fresh they make it right in front of you so it don't sit around under any hot lamps .. customer service is give them a grade of a+

First time at this new location. Even though they were slammed, everyone was cool, calm and collected. Food was amazing! Service was great! Guy on the grill knows his stuff! Manager was so sweet checking on customers. Will definitely be back!

I have been going to Penn Station for over a decade... when this new location opened, I quickly became one of their regulars. As with most businesses, there can be issues from time to time. On one specific occasion I had an irregular experience. Upon submitting feedback, I received an immediate (less than 24 hour) response from the owner with regards and resolution.

Needless to say, I am still one of their biggest fans and loyal customers.

1st time trying Penn Station i ordered a veggie sub my husband the roast beef both were excellent multi grain roll was delish. fries fresh cut and and heavenly. Staff very helpful nice folks. Definitely be back

Brooke was amazing; soon as I walked in I was greeted and help. Dave was helpful with making my meal decision. Chris and Jasmine was nice as well. I definitely will turn and refer many.

Their Philly Cheesesteak is on point. The way the mayo soaks into the bread is great. Tye fresh handcut French fries are tough to be topped, and their chocolate chip cookies are right up there in the top rankings as far as fast food cookies go.
