Purchased a car yesterday with assistance from Sage. Loved the hassle free aspect of this experience. Was given keys and given freedom to explore the car uninterrupted prior to being given a chance to test drive the car on my own. After giving me the Experian report, answering my questions and determining my trade in value, Sage gave me a great, low price on essentially a brand new car. Document signing was a quick process (I did not need financing) and was out the door with my new car in about an hour. Will return for my next car and will recommend friends check out this location if they are in need of a new ride. Thanks Sage!

When the truck arrived there were some issues that needed to be addressed and Price Pro provided excellent customer service and made sure they delivered on the promise of standing behind what they sold. I worked with Z and Zayne to purchase a 2022 Polestar 2. They shipped it to me in NY, everything went smoothly. It is definitely the best car buying experience I have ever had. The car arrived promptly and was in excellent condition. The price was unbeatable compared to what I was seeing at other dealerships. I was also impressed by the lack of frivolous charges that most dealerships tack onto the purchase of the car. I will definitely check out Price Pro when I am in need of a used car in the future.

I purchased 2017 Tesla and even after purchase z and entire price pro team helped me to fix some issues I noticed after I brought my car home. I don t think any dealership will go this far so I feel price pro is just not here to do business and just make money but they are here to assist anyone to purchase most cost effective car based on their need. We typically stay away from independently owned used car dealerships, but based on reviews and prices, I took a chance. Hands down, the best selection and prices of any dealership I’ve been too. If you want a relaxing shopping experience, then this is your place. Free to look around without getting pressured by a salesman and only talk to one if you see a vehicle you’re interested in test driving. Our salesman, Z Mehdi: professional, easily answered all questions, and truly a down to earth guy. Not just a car salesman, but like a long lost friend…lol Very good selection and prices, but Z is one of the main reasons I would go back to PricePro to buy another vehicle and we live an hour away from the dealership.

Brandon K was amazing on making sure i got what i wanted and stayed in my price range! Super easy & stress free especially for a first time buyer! Great atmosphere & would completely recommend.

Nicholas Mingione was the person who helped me. Although I'm a bit late to the review, I've been waiting to see for anything bad to go with the car.

I drove 3 hrs from Cincinnati to see it in person until 1/3 of the way he contacted me & waited for me if the car was still there by the time I got there. I've bought a car before at an Audi dealership so the process was still smooth here as well. Replacing my 2018 Audi A4 that I lost in January, this Metallic Green 2023 Audi A4 caught my eye. I came in pre approved which my loan, went smooth with no needing to check my credit or anything. I test drove it & felt great as my old car. When moving into the office for the final steps, I initial while he called the credit union until we ran into some trouble. Eventually it was sorted out & he continued the process with a few more steps , out the door I was within 3 hrs with my new vehicle.

The one thing I will say is that on the wall they have a plaque of not being pushy to pressure the customer to get something but even though his job is to upsell me, which I understand. After owning the vehicle for 2 months since February to April as of now, there were defects on the vehicle as the window wouldn't roll down or get stop. Some minor paint scratches & the upholstery on the passenger sides near the window were peeling off. Looking back at it, I think of Price Pros as a CarMax, no haggle on price, up selling & selling a car as is. Regardless, the process was smooth for me, I went in knowing what car I wanted online & cargurus. (Windows weren't tinted , post pics after tint)

Price Pro provides stellar service with no pressure and reasonable prices that can’t be beat. I highly recommend working with Z Mehdi. Z was extremely helpful and patient as we worked through a third party vehicle inspection, as well as outside financing. Price Pro ended up offering competitive financing that was quicker and more favorable than that of the Bank. Z also made sure that the service technicians addressed a couple minor finishing touches to ensure the car was 100% ready to drive off the lot. I received a fair trade-in price for my old car and left with my new car feeling extremely satisfied.

I bought a Volkswagen ID4 and it was the easiest process at Price Pro. They have a great selection of cars and trucks. Nick M was awesome and made everything easy as possible. Would recommend to all my friends.

So I drove from Columbus only to test drive the a 2020 Nissan Leaf S. The rotors were a little warped but they made it right. Spoke with Z and he was wonderful the entire time. Made sure everything was right. Wasn’t ever pushy, never followed me around. I had to take time out to eat lunch and think. He was totally cool and let me do me.

Couples thing’s to note, the salesman have no control over prices. But I got a really good deal as advertised so I was happy. They seem to be pretty busy.

I had to stop and charge half way and that’s mainly cause I was flooring it, lol

I went in wanting to look at a few cars that I found online. Process was very easy and I was welcome to look at anything they had. I took one for a test drive and liked it but wasn't ready to buy. Nick gave me some info and told me I was welcome to come back and see it again to make my decision. I waited a day, contacted Nick and told him I would like to move forward with the purchase later that day. I came in and the car was pulled up for me to look at again. I showed Nick my car as a trade-in, he took it for a test drive and gave me a fair price for it. Everything went smoothly, I signed the paperwork (I filled everything out online prior to coming in) and was out the door with my new car within an hour. So far, so good. I will update this if I ever have issues with the new car.

I had an amazing experience with Z Mehdi today. I saw the vehicle on line that I was interested in. When I called in the morning he got the vehicle charged and ready. I drove down two hours to see it. He walked me through the process beautifully! He was able to get me a better rate and terms than my credit union and I bought it right then! Easy and straight forward on everything. I highly recommend!

I don't leave many reviews but this experience deserves one. Buying a car is not a small task nor a small decision. Z made this experience so smooth and pressure free. I live in Wisconsin so I had to do everything through phone and email and it was one of the most smooth car buying experiences ever as Z was very kind, chilled and patient. He was very thorough and did not pressure me at all with anything. He also made sure he kept me updated every step of the way. My SUV was also very fairly priced with great miles to be the almost highest model for Jeeps. The delivery was also quick as I got my vehicle the same day it was picked up from the car lot. I love my Jeep Compass and it is in really good condition! Definitely will consider and refer them to people in need of a vehicle! Thanks Price Pro and thank you Z!

Sage was a great guy to work with at Price Pro. The business had one of the largest inventories of electric and hybrid cars in the area. I went for several test drives on lunch and there was never any hassle about this. They do not do any negotiation on price which is nice, and looking at other dealerships they were always very competitive. Very happy with the 2018 Honda Clarity that I got for my family. I would absolutely recommend people visit Price Pro and talk with Sage.

I’m a first time car buyers and the buying process was super easy with the help of sage, he was super responsive and made the process as pain free as possible, providing all the information I needed quickly and correctly. I live out of state and a 3 hour drive away from the dealership so it was extremely helpful that sage had everything set up and ready to go for the test drive and purchasing process.
