Arby's

We actually came through right after they opened on Friday morning but they weren't fully ready for business because there was some company there replacing the chemical tubing we were told. So we asked a nice young lady named Hailie if she would help us please get some milkshakes. Not even 2 minutes later we drove away with our shakes, mission accomplished. But I hope you're aware of how awesome Hailie's customer service skills are! Stop by and have her serve you sometime, you'll be glad you did!

Drive-thru was very packed but service was very fast food was fresh and hot

I stopped by today and ordered a family meal and the female employees were very polite and friendly and wished my dog a Happy Birthday with a pup cup. My dog Spottie was very pleased and the freshness of the food and the great customer service was awesome. Keep it up!!

God what I ordered the way I ordered it. It's necessary as I am allergic to the red ranch sauce.

I had a rough day today at work. When I went through the drive-through it. The employee was very kind and patient with me why I try to figure out what I wanted. I appreciate Patience and how fast they were to get the order out to me. The chocolate shake was the best thing I got. Thank you

Great customer service and good food

Drive thru, got a Rueben sandwich. Excellent. Fast once we ordered.

Food was fresh. Seemed short staffed. One person running front counter AND drive thru!?!? She was super busy. I felt sorry for her. But she was kind. And the order was right! Jalapeno bites slammed with Broncoberry sauce!

Everyone here is super nice anytime I’m there! Great place to eat anytime of the day that they are opened! Everything at Arby’s is pure awesome, but, one of my faves are sliders and mozz sticks! Gotta try the pizza sliders- when your craving pizza but don’t have the time or the room in your stomach to order a whole pie.☺

Had to pull up and wait 5 minutes for my fresh food (which I really didn't mind, I was in no rush.) And I believe it was the manager who brought my food out and repeatedly apologized and gave me a coupon for a free sandwhich. The food was awesome too!!

Great place. The lady who rang us up was constantly smiling. I heard the manager giving the employees a little pep talk, telling them how good they were doing. Fast service and food was good. Thanks!

Good spot for quality cheap food. Great place to relax, people watch, eat good food or all the above. I will be back with my relatives. Prices are fair I would say. Feels like a place in Charlotte that I enjoyed visiting.

The staff tries their best to complete your order as best they can while short staffed. With that effort and care, I don't mind the long wait!

Mark at the front counter was very polite, and patient (hadn't been there in a while, had to look at the new menu) all employees were working together, there was no yelling back and forth, it was a surprisingly calm and pleasant visit.

It was a Great experience. The staff was excellent and very pleasant. The food was yummy 😋 and very well priced. Good food and good value. 👍 ps, very clean inside.
