Thoman's IGA

I love this family owned grocery store. Good deals & the best (prepared) fried chicken around! While you're there you won't regret taking some potato wedges home.

I love that West Liberty has a family owned IGA and that they offer local meat from the local butcher, local milk from a local dairy, etc. Thoman's has been a staple in the community since I was a small child, and I hope they are still around for my grandchildren. Yes, you pay more than you would at a big box store, but each dollar you spend stays in the community and goes to people you live in the community with, not some super rich corporation that doesn't even care who you are.

Extremely friendly, surprisingly good selection for a small grocery, wonderful deli!

A great hometown grocery store on the south side of West Liberty, OH on U.S. 68. Wonder break from the big box stores like Kroger and Walmart. They have the BEST selection of meat in the area and their Deli is always well stocked and the hot ready to eat selections are always top quality and delicious. Wish there were more grocery stores in the area that were as good.

My son has autism and experiences struggle with social interactions. We visited this store a few days ago needing only a few things for my son's work lunches. We've been practicing with his independence in paying for his groceries. Thomans' cashier was so warm and friendly to my young man. He wasn't shaken by our unusual tendencies. It was one of the best experiences in check-out ever. Best of all, because the cashier was wearing a name tag, which is golden to my son, I got to hear the name "Andrew" all the way home. This kindness meant a lot to me, but it touched my son's heart, as well. Thank you, Thomans for your kindness and making hard things easier.

Great little store with big selection. Fresh produce, bakery, deli, seafood , bulk spices and dry foods, nice coffee selections and wonderful fresh meat counter. Love the deli selections, slaw, potato salads are all homemade. Specialty homemade hamloaf and sauce. Worth they drive from anywhere in Logan County area.

Thoman's is where I go to pick up basic grocery items I need. I love their unique items also. I can get real - not minute - tapioca here. It's a favorite of my husband's. I also love that they sell Hemisphere Coffee here. It's the best!

Really like this small type chain store. Great Bakery and Deli products. And awesome people who work there. I dropped my company credit card and one of their employees found it and they searched me out on FB and got it returned to me.
Just this past Monday, my groceries were checked out by Nancy. After totaling my Debt Card was declined (my mistake at math). At that point Nancy offered and paid for my groceries. She has no idea who I am but out of her kindness she paid for my items. Nancy is definitely a great person and asset for Thomans. And I will be stopping by today and repaying her even though she said not to worry about it. She is an Angel..

A small town Grocery store There has a little bit of everything and really friendly service the prices are a little bit higher than what people think but You are paying for quality not quantity. Some things they sell are in bulk which makes things nice they have nice sales as well.

I love shopping at this store. The employees in the management are very helpful.

Incredible homemade potato salad and macaroni salads! Friends and relatives always ask me to bring some for gatherings.

The meat department has good prices for all their meat. The sale prices are even better. The staff is always friendly. I like everything about this store.

Nice family type of grocery store. Wonderful, tasty lunches from hot bin, affordable. ( Go at lunchtime, not an extended time sort of service. )

Thomas's has great fruits and vegetables. This is the only place I buy my meat and chicken. They also have Shulers donuts.

A great local grocery! Clean, convenient, with a full selection of items + fresh cut meats & a deli. Sure beats Walmart. :-)
