The employees are extremely helpful and so are the managers, Every time I have walked into the electrical department an employee was there and greeted me and asked me for assistance. The employees in the electrical department in my opinion are the best at customer service in this store. The rest of the store is organized at neat.

Over the course of the past 3 weeks was in need of two appliances, a clothes dryer and a dehumidifier. The same young man, Kyle, took care of us for both purchases. Very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Great service. Our store and location (Streetsboro) of choice.

It is absurd how much better this store is than the Lowes up the street. This store is actually aesthically pleasing and the people working here will actually offer you help. I live next to Lowes but I'm going to drive the extra half mile to actually go to an enjoyable store.

My favorite HD, even though there are two closer to home. Always well-stocked, especially for plants and outdoor stuff. The store is neat, and somehow the layout and lighting seem a little better than some others, which may just be me, I don't know. Nice staff. Always my go-to, especially over the "blue" store down the road.

Very well stocked, had everything on my list and employees were extremely helpful.

I got hooked up with Samantha with bbq department and she helped me with supplies to deal with my mother in law🤸

Mike in Customer Service is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I had a 3 separate receipt return. He handled it very professionally and with ease. Please recognize him for me and I hope to work with him again in the future. Thank you Mike!!

The ladies in the paint dept were wonderful, so patient and helpful. We were there for a while Fri afternoon. Thank you!

I had a water repair emergency. Brought photos of what the existing parts looked like and Steve knew the exact new parts I needed to make the repairs. He explained very well how to do the repairs very clearly and was patient with me. Steve is my HD go to man who is extremely knowledgeable!!!! Thanks, Steve!

A young lady named Judy, back in Tool Rental & Repair, went above and beyond to help me last Sunday. I was told to pick up my fixed lawn mower at the Custmer Service. However, a lady there didn't know where it was and told me to go back to Tool Repair to looking for it. Judy heard my request even though she was on her way to click out her shift , but she still came with me back to Customer Service desk and found it for me. Before I left, she also asked me if I need any loading assistance. Judy, Thank you for making me leaving the Streetsboro store with a smile on the face! I wish I could receive service everywhere that I received from her.

I was very impressed to be quickly welcomed the minute we walked in by a young man named Spencer. He asked us if we needed assistance and after we communicated what we needed he knew of the top of his head exactly the two aisles that me and my wife needed to go to in order to find exactly what we were looking for. This same day we were looking at some cabinets knobs and another employee reach out to another employee to make sure we were offered help. An extremely helpful lady took her time to explain to us the latest technology related to fridges. I don't know if I have ever been given such excellent service and attention within our entire summit county area before. Great store great service.

Home Depot was really great to very helpful. I got a new washer and dryer today. The lady who works their Pam she was very helpful with me on getting it. And I will be back soon on getting a new stove is next on my list. And I hope to get Pam again. If you need anything they are all so so helpful. I will be back soon

I love home Depot, this is seriously my favorite store to visit. As crazy as it sounds, and I am not crazy, I'll run in when I'm out and about and looking for something to do. I always find something that improves my home or makes doing a project around the house easier at a bargain of a price. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and over the years has gotten to know me so experiences always pleasant. I've bought a number of major appliances including washer dryer and a dishwasher at home Depot with great success.

Hi! I couldn’t find the proper email for this but I’d really just love to leave an extremely positive review for the Streetsboro Ohio location! They have been extremely helpful through building out my business! I have a Lowe’s right up the street and go out of my way to come here because they are so helpful and kind and really just want to compliment DENNIS! He helped me find something out of his section and it was perfect and exactly what I needed and He is extremely kind and friendly!!

Bottom line, they're doing the best that they can.

Was getting help and the product I wanted a little slow?...yes.

Did it take longer than I wanted to get in and out?...yes.

But, let's all take a breath and look at the big picture. Everyone in my area came out because of the nice day, so the place was slammed. Maybe I didn't have as much going on as the couple by me that was swearing and threatening to go to Lowe's, but it's not like it took all day.

Kudos to the lady that eventually helped us for not losing it on those two people. She handled herself as best as I could imagine.

If you want to rent tools or trailers this is the place to come! No hassle, j they ust scan the back of your license and use your credit or debit card for a deposit! Return is just as easy. Great service.
