Never been.. went on a whim... ended up with an awesome waitress, some of the best drinks, some of the best cooked food, had an awesome time leaving happy! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back to try more!!

I stopped coming to chili’s years ago because of the terrible service we would receive. This time it was different. The host was welcoming and greeted us with a smile. Our beverages were brought out quickly. The young man was polite when he dropped off our drinks. Our server sealed the deal. I hate that I cannot remember her name, because she did tell us cause she introduced herself. Not something I would expect from here because I don’t ever recall getting that, but wore a boot on her leg. Not only was she polite and attentive. She paid great attention to my three children. Instead of asking me what they wanted. She directed her questions to them with a smile and a lot of patience and grace. She made them feel as important of a guest as I did. She asked them if their food was good and if they were enjoying themselves. As well as myself. I appreciate that kind of service. And my kids loved her for it. She even came by and joked with them a little bit. Which made me smile. To me that’s one of a kind type of service. And it wasn’t just with my table, she had that same energy with other guest. We will be coming back!
Our food was great! The cooks in the kitchen cooked our food to perfection.
Whatever has changed here. Keep it up.

We go every single Friday and we are Josh or Andreas regulars and we love the place, it's always great service and very clean!!

My husband and I have only been in a couple of times, but Andrea had us both times. And when I jokingly said "we'll take the usual" she remembered we got the chips and salsa, and split the fajita and even remembered our extra sour cream. Very impressed with her memory, and her skills. Very nice, dear young lady.

I’ve never been to Chili’s and my friend was raving about the president margaritas. The food was amazing. I was impressed by the quality of the margarita. And our server, Mika!! She was gem! She took great care of us. I just knew we would have horrible or slow because she had a boot on her foot. She was efficient the entire night. made sure our cups remain full. Our food came out quickly and we had a clean table throughout our time there! Kudos to her.

Went to Chilis on Talmadge tonight and our waitress Lisa and the whole staff were great. The food came out hot and perfect. Definitely enjoy coming here and it is at the top of my list to visit. Would recommend to everyone!

The food was amazing, the waiters were patient and respectful. I will admit my order was wrong and I ended up with a Steak of some sort that was cooked medium rare which was far from what I asked for, it did taste good though. The bacon burger was huge and had a lot of flavor personally not my favorite but I can see why people like it. The Alfredo(Idk what it was) was very good. Oh, the potato’s with the steak tasted so good they tasted like backed potatoes but mashed. The entire experience at chilis was great.

Haven’t been in a while, but the Trio drew us in. Delicious margaritas, yummy dippy chips, and picture-perfect burgers. At-table video games for my kid, and outstanding service from our wait staff. Ask for DeAndre; he was fantastic.

It's been a long time since I've been to a Chili's. But if I heard my kid say "Chili's Triple Dipper" one more time 🤣 He's never had that before so kudos to your marketing department! Everything was delicious and our server, Jessica (sorry if I mispelled) was top notch! Never had an empty glass and came back often to check on us. Will be back! 🥰

Food and service was great, but the bathroom could use some work in being kept clean

First time eating at a Chili's. It was delicious. I really enjoyed the potato soup. The fries were delicious..Can't wait to come back and try something else.

The chicken fajitas were delicious. The chips and salsa were fresh. The mini chocolate bundt cake was perfect for one.

It had been a while since I've been there I had the double bacon burger and it was delicious the food was half the service was great a waitress kept our water glasses filled good atmosphere and definitely will return

10$ for a double burger, soup and fries is a great deal now a days and the food was excellent, service was good, they could fix that one booth towards the front of the building in the back, everytime someone got up or moved or the waiter nelt down to wash the table behind us it jerked my side of the booth pretty good, but food was great and for a great price.

Our waitress was attentive, the food came out hot and cooked to perfection. The only thing that wasn’t great was that the majority of chips on our chip and salsa order was that the majority of the chips were broken and we had small pieces instead of full chips.
